
मोदीनगर। क्षेत्र की विभिन्न जनसमस्याओं को लेकर भारतीय किसान मजदूर मोर्चा ने प्रेस वार्ता आयोजित कर छह सूत्रीय मांग-पत्र जारी किया। मोर्चा पदाधिकारियों ने प्रशासन से रेलवे फाटकों पर जाम, जर्जर सड़कों, स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं, तहसील में कथित भ्रष्टाचार और अन्य स्थानीय समस्याओं के शीघ्र समाधान की मांग की।
प्रेस वार्ता में मोर्चे के अध्यक्ष डॉ. बबली गुर्जर, युवा अध्यक्ष पंडित सतेंद्र शर्मा और महिला विंग अध्यक्ष श्रीमती नीरज प्रजापति ने संयुक्त रूप से पत्रकारों को संबोधित किया। पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि क्षेत्र की बड़ी संख्या में जनता लंबे समय से इन समस्याओं से प्रभावित है और प्रशासन को इनका प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समाधान करना चाहिए।
5 अक्टूबर से अनिश्चितकालीन धरने की घोषणा
भारतीय किसान मजदूर मोर्चा ने मांगों के समाधान को लेकर 5 अक्टूबर से मोदीनगर में अनिश्चितकालीन धरना शुरू करने की घोषणा की है। पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि यदि समय रहते मांगों पर सकारात्मक कार्रवाई नहीं की गई तो धरना जारी रखा जाएगा।
मोदीनगर में रेलवे फाटकों पर जाम से राहत की मांग
मोर्चे ने तिबड़ा रोड और सीकरी रोड रेलवे फाटकों पर लगने वाले जाम की समस्या का स्थायी समाधान कराने की मांग की। इसके लिए ओवरब्रिज या अंडरपास का निर्माण कराने की मांग रखी गई है।
इसके अलावा हापुड़ रोड रेलवे फाटक पर निर्माणाधीन ओवरब्रिज का कार्य निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर जल्द पूरा कराने की मांग भी की गई।
सीकरी महामाया मंदिर की धनराशि से निर्माण की मांग
मोर्चा पदाधिकारियों ने सीकरी स्थित महामाया मंदिर के लिए उपलब्ध लगभग 30 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि का उपयोग मंदिर भवन, आवश्यक निर्माण कार्यों और मंदिर मेले के लिए जमीन खरीदने में किए जाने की मांग की।
पदाधिकारियों ने इस संबंध में पारदर्शिता और समयबद्ध कार्रवाई की मांग भी रखी।
सीकरी-कलछीना मार्ग समेत जर्जर सड़कों के पुनर्निर्माण की मांग
मोर्चे ने सीकरी-कलछीना मार्ग समेत देहात क्षेत्र की जर्जर और क्षतिग्रस्त सड़कों का जल्द पुनर्निर्माण कराने की मांग की। मोर्चे के अनुसार खराब सड़कों के कारण ग्रामीणों, गन्ना किसानों, विद्यार्थियों और वाहन चालकों को आवागमन में परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
मोर्चा पदाधिकारियों ने शुगर मिलों के संचालन से पहले संबंधित मार्गों का निर्माण या पुनर्निर्माण कराने की मांग की।
मोदीनगर तहसील में कथित भ्रष्टाचार पर कार्रवाई की मांग
मोर्चे ने मोदीनगर तहसील में कथित भ्रष्टाचार पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगाने की मांग की। पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि आम लोगों के राजस्व और प्रशासनिक कार्य पारदर्शी एवं समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरे किए जाने चाहिए।
साथ ही शिकायतों की निष्पक्ष जांच कर दोषी पाए जाने वाले लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की गई।
गोविंदपुरी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में सुविधाएं बढ़ाने की मांग
मोर्चा पदाधिकारियों ने सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र गोविंदपुरी, मोदीनगर में आधुनिक चिकित्सा उपकरण और आवश्यक चिकित्सकों की व्यवस्था कराने की मांग की।
उन्होंने कहा कि स्थानीय स्तर पर बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं मिलने से गरीब और जरूरतमंद मरीजों को बेहतर एवं सुलभ उपचार मिल सकेगा।
हनुमानपुरी का 70 वर्ष पुराना रास्ता खोलने की मांग
छठी मांग के रूप में मोर्चे ने हनुमानपुरी के 70 वर्ष पुराने रास्ते को तत्काल खुलवाने की मांग रखी। पदाधिकारियों के अनुसार रास्ते से जुड़े लोगों की समस्या का प्रशासन को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समाधान करना चाहिए।
प्रशासन से शीघ्र कार्रवाई की अपील
भारतीय किसान मजदूर मोर्चा के पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि उनकी सभी मांगें क्षेत्र के आम नागरिकों से जुड़ी जनसमस्याएं हैं। उन्होंने प्रशासन से मांगों पर जल्द सकारात्मक कार्रवाई करने की अपील की।
मोर्चे ने स्पष्ट किया कि यदि मांगों पर समय रहते कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो 5 अक्टूबर से मोदीनगर में अनिश्चितकालीन धरना शुरू किया जाएगा।
Indian Kisan Mazdoor Morcha Holds Press Conference in Modinagar, Announces Indefinite Protest From October 5
Modinagar: The Indian Kisan Mazdoor Morcha held a press conference in Modinagar over several civic issues affecting residents of the area and presented a six-point list of demands. The organisation called for urgent action on railway crossing congestion, damaged roads, healthcare facilities, alleged corruption at the tehsil and other local issues.
Morcha president Dr. Babli Gurjar, youth president Pandit Satendra Sharma and women’s wing president Mrs. Neeraj Prajapati jointly addressed the media during the press conference.
The office-bearers said a large number of people in the region have been facing these issues for a long time and urged the administration to address them on priority.
Indefinite protest announced from October 5
The Indian Kisan Mazdoor Morcha announced that it will begin an indefinite protest in Modinagar from October 5 if its demands are not addressed.
The organisation said it expects the administration to take positive and timely action on the issues raised in its six-point demand charter.
Demand for relief from traffic jams at railway crossings
The Morcha demanded a permanent solution to frequent traffic jams at the Tibra Road and Sikri Road railway crossings.
It called for the construction of an overbridge or underpass at the crossings to ease traffic congestion and provide relief to commuters.
The organisation also demanded that the ongoing construction work on the Hapur Road railway overbridge be completed within the scheduled timeframe.
Demand to use Sikri Mahamaya Temple funds for development
The Morcha demanded that around Rs 30 crore reportedly available for Sikri Mahamaya Temple be utilised for the temple building, necessary construction works and purchase of land for the temple fair.
The office-bearers also called for transparency and time-bound action in the matter.
Reconstruction of damaged roads before sugar mill operations
The organisation demanded the reconstruction of damaged roads in the rural areas, including the Sikri-Kalchhina road.
According to the Morcha, poor road conditions are causing difficulties for villagers, sugarcane farmers, students and vehicle users.
The organisation also called for the roads to be repaired or reconstructed before the sugar mills begin operations.
Action sought over alleged corruption at Modinagar tehsil
The Morcha demanded effective measures against alleged corruption at Modinagar Tehsil.
Its representatives said revenue and administrative work for residents should be completed in a transparent and time-bound manner.
They also demanded an impartial inquiry into complaints and action against anyone found responsible following the inquiry.
Better healthcare facilities at Govindpuri CHC
The organisation demanded modern medical equipment and adequate doctors at the Community Health Centre in Govindpuri, Modinagar.
The office-bearers said improved local healthcare facilities would help provide accessible treatment to poor and needy patients.
Demand to reopen 70-year-old road in Hanumanpuri
The sixth demand concerns the 70-year-old road in Hanumanpuri. The Morcha demanded that the route be opened immediately and said the administration should resolve the issue on priority.
Administration urged to act on demands
The Indian Kisan Mazdoor Morcha said all six demands are related to public issues affecting residents of the Modinagar region.
The organisation urged the administration to take timely action. It said that if no positive action is taken, an indefinite protest will begin in Modinagar from October 5.
