मोदीनगर में महिला ने मकान मालिक के खिलाफ दर्ज कराई शिकायत, बेटी की सुरक्षा को लेकर जताई चिंता
मोदीनगर, गाजियाबाद। मोदीनगर थाना क्षेत्र में एक महिला ने अपने मकान मालिक पर गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए पुलिस से कार्रवाई की मांग की है। महिला द्वारा दी गई लिखित शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया है कि मकान मालिक उसकी नाबालिग बेटी के साथ अनुचित संबंध बना रहा है तथा विरोध करने पर उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दे रहा है।
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, शिकायतकर्ता महिला सीकरी कला क्षेत्र की निवासी है और अपने परिवार के साथ किराए के मकान में रह रही थी। महिला का आरोप है कि उसकी पुत्री के बीमार होने के दौरान मकान मालिक का उनके घर आना-जाना बढ़ गया था। इसी दौरान उसने परिवार की आर्थिक मदद भी की थी।
महिला ने आरोप लगाया कि बाद में मकान मालिक उसकी लगभग 16 से 17 वर्षीय नाबालिग बेटी को अपने साथ रखने लगा तथा परिवार के विरोध के बावजूद उससे संपर्क बनाए रखा। शिकायत में यह भी कहा गया है कि जब महिला अपनी बेटी को वापस लाने या मकान खाली करने की बात करती है तो आरोपी कथित रूप से धमकी देता है और अभद्र व्यवहार करता है।
पीड़िता के अनुसार, आरोपी स्वयं को किसान यूनियन से जुड़ा व्यक्ति बताता है और कथित तौर पर दबाव बनाने का प्रयास करता है। महिला ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि आरोपी ने उसकी बेटी का मोबाइल नंबर अपने फोन में पत्नी के नाम से सेव कर रखा है।
शिकायत पत्र में महिला ने कहा है कि वह और उसकी बेटी आरोपी की कथित हरकतों और धमकियों से भयभीत हैं। महिला ने पुलिस से आरोपी के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर कानूनी कार्रवाई करने, बेटी का मेडिकल परीक्षण कराने तथा मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने की मांग की है।
पुलिस को दी गई शिकायत के आधार पर मामले की जांच शुरू की जा सकती है। फिलहाल आरोपों की स्वतंत्र पुष्टि नहीं हुई है और पुलिस जांच के बाद ही पूरे मामले की वास्तविकता सामने आएगी।

Modinagar, Ghaziabad: A woman has submitted a written complaint to Modinagar Police alleging that her landlord maintained an inappropriate relationship with her minor daughter and threatened the family when they objected.
According to the complaint, the woman was living in a rented accommodation in the Sikri Kala area of Modinagar with her daughter. She alleged that the landlord became closely associated with the family during a period when her daughter was ill and had also provided financial assistance.
The complainant claimed that the landlord later began keeping her approximately 16–17-year-old daughter with him and continued meeting her despite objections from the family. The woman further alleged that whenever she asked him to stay away from her daughter or requested to vacate the property, he responded with threats and abusive behavior.
In her complaint, the woman stated that the accused identifies himself as being associated with a farmers’ organization and allegedly uses his influence to intimidate the family. She also claimed that the accused had saved her daughter’s contact information under a different identity on his mobile phone.
The woman has requested that police register a case, conduct a medical examination of her daughter, investigate the allegations thoroughly, and take appropriate legal action against the accused.
Authorities have received the complaint, and further action will depend on the findings of the police investigation. The allegations mentioned in the complaint have not yet been independently verified.
