मोदीनगर: निवाड़ी रोड चौकी क्षेत्र की गोकुलधाम सोसाइटी में एक होमगार्ड के निर्माणाधीन मकान में चोरी का मामला सामने आया है। अज्ञात चोर मकान में घुसकर करीब 60 हजार रुपये कीमत की बिजली फिटिंग और तार उखाड़कर ले गए। चोरी की घटना सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कैद हो गई है।
रात में निर्माणाधीन मकान में घुसे चोर
पीड़ित के अनुसार, वह गाजियाबाद में होमगार्ड के पद पर तैनात है और गोकुलधाम सोसाइटी में उसका मकान निर्माणाधीन है। बताया गया कि बुधवार रात करीब 12 बजे अज्ञात चोर मकान में घुसे।
चोरों ने मकान में लगी बिजली की फिटिंग के तारों को उखाड़ लिया और उन्हें चोरी कर ले गए। पीड़ित ने बताया कि मकान में करीब 60 हजार रुपये की बिजली फिटिंग और तार लगाए गए थे।
CCTV कैमरे में कैद हुई घटना
चोरी की जानकारी मिलने के बाद पीड़ित ने तत्काल 112 नंबर पर पुलिस को सूचना दी। सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण किया।
इसके बाद आसपास लगे CCTV कैमरों की फुटेज खंगाली गई। फुटेज में एक संदिग्ध युवक निर्माणाधीन मकान के अंदर प्रवेश करता हुआ दिखाई दे रहा है। पुलिस अब CCTV फुटेज के आधार पर संदिग्ध की पहचान करने का प्रयास कर रही है।
पुलिस जांच में जुटी
पीड़ित होमगार्ड ने पुलिस से चोरी की घटना का जल्द खुलासा करने और आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है। निर्माणाधीन मकान में हुई चोरी के बाद आसपास के लोगों में भी सुरक्षा को लेकर चिंता बनी हुई है।
फिलहाल पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है और CCTV फुटेज के आधार पर संदिग्ध की पहचान करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
Electrical Fittings Worth ₹60,000 Stolen From Under-Construction House in Modinagar
Modinagar: A theft has been reported from an under-construction house belonging to a Home Guard in Gokuldham Society, under the Niwari Road outpost area of Modinagar. Unknown thieves allegedly entered the house and removed electrical fitting wires worth around ₹60,000. The incident was captured on CCTV.
Thieves Enter House Around Midnight
According to the victim, he is posted as a Home Guard in Ghaziabad and owns an under-construction house in Gokuldham Society.
The incident reportedly took place at around 12 midnight on Wednesday, when unknown thieves entered the premises. They allegedly pulled out electrical fitting wires installed in the house and took them away.
The victim said electrical fittings and wires worth approximately ₹60,000 had been installed in the house.
CCTV Footage Captures Suspect
After discovering the theft, the victim immediately informed the police by calling 112. Police reached the spot and inspected the premises.
Police subsequently checked CCTV footage from cameras installed in the surrounding area. The footage reportedly shows a suspect entering the under-construction house.
Police are now examining the CCTV footage to identify the suspect and investigate the theft.
Police Investigating the Case
The victim has requested the police to investigate the matter and take action against those responsible. The incident has also raised security concerns among people living around the under-construction property.
