
दिल्ली पुलिस ने दिल्ली-NCR से उत्तर प्रदेश तक फैले कथित अंतरराज्यीय हेरोइन सप्लाई और मैन्युफैक्चरिंग नेटवर्क का भंडाफोड़ किया है। रोहिणी जिला पुलिस की स्पेशल स्टाफ टीम की कार्रवाई में कुल 7.076 किलो हेरोइन बरामद की गई है। पुलिस के मुताबिक, बरामद ड्रग्स की अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में कीमत करीब 50 करोड़ रुपये है। मामले में चार लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
दिल्ली के बेगमपुर से शुरू हुई जांच
पुलिस के मुताबिक, कार्रवाई की शुरुआत 16 सितंबर 2026 को दिल्ली के बेगमपुर इलाके में हुई। रोहिणी जिला पुलिस की टीम ने सेक्टर-32 में एक Grand Vitara को रोककर 58 वर्षीय लक्ष्मण हुड्डा को गिरफ्तार किया। वह हरियाणा के रोहतक का रहने वाला बताया गया है। पुलिस के अनुसार, उसके पास से 300 ग्राम हेरोइन और 3 लाख रुपये नकद बरामद किए गए। इस संबंध में बेगमपुर थाने में NDPS Act की धाराओं के तहत FIR दर्ज की गई।
अनिल उर्फ भोला से मिली 501 ग्राम हेरोइन
जांच को आगे बढ़ाते हुए पुलिस ने कथित सप्लायर अनिल उर्फ भोला को गिरफ्तार किया। रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, 17 सितंबर को उसके पास से करीब 501 ग्राम हेरोइन बरामद हुई। पुलिस ने इसके बाद तकनीकी निगरानी और मानव खुफिया जानकारी के जरिए कथित मुख्य सप्लायर तथा ड्रग्स के निर्माण से जुड़े नेटवर्क का पता लगाने की कोशिश शुरू की।
लखनऊ में मिली कथित हेरोइन बनाने की फैक्ट्री
जांच के दौरान पुलिस को उत्तर प्रदेश के लखनऊ के जानकीपुरम स्थित सीता कॉलोनी में कथित अवैध हेरोइन निर्माण इकाई की जानकारी मिली। 4 अक्टूबर को पुलिस टीम ने यहां छापेमारी की और बबलू नाम के आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया।
पुलिस के अनुसार, इस कार्रवाई में 6.275 किलो ताजा तैयार हेरोइन बरामद की गई। यह पूरे ऑपरेशन में हुई सबसे बड़ी एकल बरामदगी बताई गई है।
निर्माण में इस्तेमाल होने वाली सामग्री और उपकरण बरामद
पुलिस के मुताबिक, कथित निर्माण इकाई से तैयार हेरोइन के अलावा ड्रग्स बनाने में इस्तेमाल होने वाली सामग्री और उपकरण भी बरामद किए गए। इनमें 2.504 किलो सोडियम, 787 ग्राम एसिटिक एनहाइड्राइड, गैस सिलेंडर, मिक्सर ग्राइंडर, टब, बर्तन, पॉलीथीन, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक तौल मशीन और अन्य सामान शामिल हैं।
बरेली में 120 किलोमीटर पीछा करने के बाद गिरफ्तारी
जांच आगे बढ़ने पर पुलिस कथित मुख्य सप्लायर और निर्माण इकाई से जुड़े रुकसार अली उर्फ राजू तक पहुंची। पुलिस के अनुसार, उसका करीब 120 किलोमीटर तक पीछा किया गया और इसके बाद उसे बरेली में गिरफ्तार किया गया। इस कार्रवाई के साथ मामले में गिरफ्तार आरोपियों की संख्या चार हो गई।
दिल्ली-NCR से यूपी तक फैला था नेटवर्क
पुलिस के मुताबिक, अब तक की जांच में यह कथित नेटवर्क दिल्ली-NCR और उत्तर प्रदेश के बीच फैला हुआ सामने आया है। जांच में सप्लाई, परिवहन और कथित निर्माण से जुड़ी अलग-अलग कड़ियों को जोड़ा गया है।
पूरी कार्रवाई में जांच दिल्ली के बेगमपुर से शुरू होकर सोनीपत, लखनऊ और बरेली तक पहुंची। पुलिस अब कथित नेटवर्क से जुड़े अन्य लोगों, वित्तीय लेन-देन और सप्लाई चेन की आगे जांच कर रही है।
कुल 7.076 किलो हेरोइन बरामद
दिल्ली पुलिस के मुताबिक, पूरे ऑपरेशन में कुल 7.076 किलो हेरोइन बरामद की गई, जिसकी अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में अनुमानित कीमत करीब 50 करोड़ रुपये बताई गई है। पुलिस की कार्रवाई में चार गिरफ्तारियां हुई हैं और लखनऊ में कथित अवैध manufacturing unit का भी खुलासा हुआ है। मामले की आगे की जांच जारी है।

The Delhi Police have busted an alleged interstate heroin supply and manufacturing network operating between Delhi-NCR and Uttar Pradesh. The Special Staff team of Rohini district recovered a total of 7.076 kg of heroin during the operation. According to police, the seized heroin is estimated to be worth around ₹50 crore in the international market. Four people have been arrested in connection with the case.

According to police, the operation began on September 16, 2026, when the Rohini District Special Staff acted on information about narcotics movement in the Begumpur area.
The team intercepted a Grand Vitara in Sector 32, Begumpur, and arrested 58-year-old Laxman Hooda, a resident of Rohtak, Haryana. Police said 300 grams of heroin and ₹3 lakh in cash were recovered from him. An FIR was registered at Begumpur police station under relevant provisions of the NDPS Act.
501 Grams of Heroin Recovered From Anil
As the investigation progressed, police arrested the alleged supplier Anil alias Bhola. Reports state that around 501 grams of heroin was recovered from him on September 17.
Investigators then used technical surveillance and human intelligence to trace the alleged main supplier and the manufacturing network connected to the drug supply chain.
Alleged Heroin Manufacturing Facility Found in Lucknow
The investigation eventually led police to an alleged illegal heroin manufacturing facility in Sita Colony, Jankipuram, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
On October 4, police raided the location and arrested an accused identified as Bablu. According to police, the raid resulted in the recovery of 6.275 kg of freshly manufactured heroin, the largest single recovery in the operation.
Manufacturing Materials and Equipment Seized
Police said the alleged manufacturing facility contained not only finished heroin but also materials and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
The seized items reportedly included 2.504 kg of sodium, 787 grams of acetic anhydride, a gas cylinder, mixer grinder, tubs, utensils, polythene, an electronic weighing machine and other equipment.
Alleged Main Supplier Arrested in Bareilly
The investigation subsequently led police to Ruksar Ali alias Raju, who has been identified by police as an alleged main supplier and person linked to the manufacturing facility.
According to police, the team followed him for around 120 kilometres before arresting him in Bareilly. With his arrest, the total number of people arrested in the case reached four.
Network Linked Delhi-NCR With Uttar Pradesh
According to the police investigation so far, the alleged drug network had links between Delhi-NCR and Uttar Pradesh. Investigators are examining the alleged roles of different accused in the supply, transportation and manufacturing chain.
The investigation began in Begumpur, Delhi, and subsequently led police to locations in Sonipat, Lucknow and Bareilly. Police are now investigating other possible associates, financial transactions and the wider supply chain.
7.076 Kg Heroin Recovered in Total
According to Delhi Police, a total of 7.076 kg of heroin was recovered during the operation, with an estimated international market value of around ₹50 crore. Four people have been arrested, while an alleged illegal manufacturing facility in Lucknow was also uncovered.
The investigation into the wider network and its other possible links is continuing.
