Modinagar News : मोदीनगर की हरमुख पुरी कॉलोनी में मंगलवार सुबह 650 KVA के बिजली ट्रांसफार्मर में अचानक आग लग गई। आग लगते ही इलाके में अफरा-तफरी मच गई और लोगों में दहशत फैल गई।
दमकल विभाग ने मौके पर पहुंचकर बुझाई आग
स्थानीय लोगों ने तुरंत दमकल विभाग को सूचना दी। सूचना मिलते ही दमकल की गाड़ी मौके पर पहुंची और काफी मशक्कत के बाद आग पर काबू पाया। राहत की बात यह रही कि इस घटना में कोई जनहानि नहीं हुई।
तीन कॉलोनियों की बिजली आपूर्ति ठप
ट्रांसफार्मर में आग लगने के कारण आसपास की तीन कॉलोनियों की बिजली आपूर्ति बाधित हो गई। बिजली कटने से लोगों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा।
जल्द लगाया जाएगा नया ट्रांसफार्मर
विद्युत निगम के अधिशासी अभियंता महेश उपाध्याय ने बताया कि खराब ट्रांसफार्मर को हटाकर जल्द नया ट्रांसफार्मर लगाया जाएगा, ताकि बिजली आपूर्ति सामान्य की जा सके।

Modinagar News : A sudden fire broke out on Tuesday morning in a 650 KVA electricity transformer located in Harmukh Puri Colony of Modinagar. The incident created panic in the area as huge flames and smoke spread quickly.
Fire Brigade Reached Spot and Controlled the Fire
Local residents immediately informed the fire department. A fire brigade vehicle soon reached the spot and managed to bring the fire under control after significant efforts. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the incident.
Power Supply Disrupted in Three Colonies
Due to the transformer fire, electricity supply in three nearby colonies was disrupted. Residents faced major inconvenience because of the sudden power outage.
New Transformer to Be Installed Soon
Executive Engineer of the electricity department, Mahesh Upadhyay, said that the damaged transformer would be replaced with a new one soon to restore normal electricity supply in the area.
