मोदीनगर: थाना मोदीनगर क्षेत्र की बस अड्डा चौकी अंतर्गत तिबड़ा रोड स्थित बाग कॉलोनी में मकान को लेकर लंबे समय से चल रहे विवाद ने नया मोड़ ले लिया है। एक महिला ने आरोप लगाया है कि परिवार के कामाख्या देवी दर्शन के लिए बाहर जाने का फायदा उठाकर कुछ लोगों ने उनके मकान का आधा हिस्सा तोड़ दिया। घटना में स्कूटी, वॉशिंग मशीन और अन्य घरेलू सामान मलबे में दबने का दावा किया गया है।
पीड़ित परिवार ने मामले की शिकायत मोदीनगर थाने में देकर आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। पुलिस ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।
वर्ष 1992 में खरीदा था मकान, पीड़िता का दावा
पीड़िता के अनुसार, उनके पति ने वर्ष 1992 में परिवार के ही कुछ लोगों से उक्त मकान खरीदा था। उनका आरोप है कि मकान की पूरी रकम उसी समय दे दी गई थी और बाद में बैनामा कराने की बात तय हुई थी।
हालांकि, पीड़िता का कहना है कि समय बीतने के बावजूद आरोपियों द्वारा बैनामा कराने के मामले को लगातार टाला जाता रहा। परिवार का दावा है कि वह करीब 35 वर्षों से मकान पर कब्जे के साथ रह रहा है।
पति की मौत के बाद बैनामा कराने को लेकर बढ़ा विवाद
पीड़िता ने बताया कि उनके पति की हार्ट अटैक से मृत्यु हो चुकी है। पति की मौत के बाद जब परिवार ने मकान का बैनामा कराने की मांग की तो आरोपियों ने कथित तौर पर मकान उनके नाम करने से इनकार कर दिया।
इसके बाद से मकान को लेकर विवाद लगातार बना हुआ था।
कामाख्या देवी दर्शन के लिए बाहर गया था परिवार
पीड़िता के मुताबिक, सोमवार रात परिवार के सदस्य कामाख्या देवी के दर्शन के लिए बाहर गए हुए थे। इसी दौरान आरोपियों ने कथित तौर पर खाली पड़े मकान का फायदा उठाते हुए उसका आधा हिस्सा तोड़ दिया।
पीड़िता ने बताया कि घटना के समय वह अपनी पोती के साथ दूसरे मकान में थीं। मकान में घरेलू सामान रखा हुआ था, जो मकान का हिस्सा गिरने के बाद मलबे के नीचे दब गया।
स्कूटी और वॉशिंग मशीन समेत सामान दबने का दावा
पीड़ित परिवार का कहना है कि मकान तोड़े जाने से वहां रखी स्कूटी, वॉशिंग मशीन और अन्य घरेलू सामान मलबे में दब गया। घटना के बाद परिवार के सामने रहने और सामान को सुरक्षित निकालने की समस्या खड़ी हो गई है।
पीड़िता ने आरोप लगाया कि लंबे समय से मकान पर कब्जा होने के बावजूद विवादित पक्ष ने मौके का फायदा उठाकर मकान को नुकसान पहुंचाया।
मोदीनगर थाने में दी तहरीर
घटना की जानकारी मिलने के बाद पीड़ित परिवार ने मोदीनगर थाने पहुंचकर तहरीर दी। परिवार ने मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने और आरोपियों के खिलाफ उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
मोदीनगर एसीपी सिद्धार्थ गौतम ने बताया कि मामले में प्राप्त तहरीर के आधार पर जांच की जा रही है। जांच के बाद तथ्यों के आधार पर उचित कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
यह मामला फिलहाल जांच के अधीन है और पुलिस जांच के बाद आगे की कार्रवाई करेगी।
Modinagar House Dispute: Woman Alleges Half of House Demolished During Family’s Trip
Modinagar: A property dispute in Modinagar has taken a serious turn after a woman alleged that half of her house was demolished while her family members were away on a pilgrimage to visit the Kamakhya Devi temple.
The incident was reported from Bagh Colony on Tibda Road under the Bus Stand police outpost area of Modinagar police station. The woman has submitted a written complaint to the police and demanded action against those allegedly involved.
Family Claims Possession of House for Nearly 35 Years
According to the complainant, her husband had purchased the house from members of the family in 1992. She alleged that the full payment for the property was made at that time and the registration of the house was supposed to be completed later.
However, she claimed that the registration process was repeatedly delayed.
The family has stated that it has been living in and possessing the house for nearly 35 years.
Property Dispute Intensified After Husband’s Death
The woman said that her husband later died following a heart attack. After his death, the family reportedly demanded that the property registration be completed.
According to the complainant, the other side allegedly refused to transfer or register the house in their name, following which the property dispute continued.
House Allegedly Demolished While Family Was Away
The complainant alleged that family members had gone outside to visit the Kamakhya Devi temple when the incident took place on Monday night.
She claimed that the accused took advantage of the family’s absence and allegedly demolished nearly half of the house.
The woman said she was staying at another house with her granddaughter at the time of the incident.
Scooter and Household Items Buried Under Debris
According to the complainant, several household items were inside the house when part of the structure was demolished.
She claimed that a scooter, washing machine and other household belongings were buried under the debris after the demolition.
The incident has reportedly created major difficulties for the family, which claims to have remained in possession of the property for decades.
Complaint Filed at Modinagar Police Station
After receiving information about the incident, the affected family approached Modinagar police station and submitted a written complaint.
The family has demanded a thorough investigation and appropriate legal action against those allegedly responsible.
Modinagar ACP Siddharth Gautam said that the matter is being investigated based on the complaint received. Appropriate action will be taken after the investigation and verification of the facts.
The matter is currently under police investigation, and further action will depend on the findings of the inquiry.
