मोदीनगर, गाजियाबाद: मोदीनगर बस अड्डे के पास स्थित एक प्रतिष्ठित मिष्ठान भंडार के गोदाम पर सोमवार को खाद्य विभाग की टीम ने छापेमारी की। शिकायत के आधार पर की गई इस कार्रवाई के दौरान अधिकारियों ने गोदाम में रखी खाद्य सामग्री का निरीक्षण किया और चार अलग-अलग खाद्य पदार्थों के नमूने लिए।
शिकायत के आधार पर हुई कार्रवाई
खाद्य विभाग के अधिकारी डॉ. रोशन जैकब के निर्देश पर टीम मिष्ठान भंडार के गोदाम पर पहुंची। अधिकारियों ने वहां रखी खाद्य सामग्री की गुणवत्ता और स्थिति की जांच की। निरीक्षण के दौरान टीम ने छेना, मलाई, केक और खोया के नमूने संग्रहित किए।
खाद्य विभाग की टीम ने सभी नमूनों को निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत सील किया और जांच के लिए प्रयोगशाला भेज दिया। अब खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता को लेकर स्थिति प्रयोगशाला की जांच रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही स्पष्ट होगी।
प्रयोगशाला रिपोर्ट के बाद होगी आगे की कार्रवाई
खाद्य विभाग के अधिकारियों के अनुसार, यदि प्रयोगशाला जांच में किसी खाद्य पदार्थ में मिलावट पाई जाती है या खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का उल्लंघन सामने आता है, तो संबंधित मिष्ठान भंडार के खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
फिलहाल विभाग ने नमूने जांच के लिए भेज दिए हैं और रिपोर्ट का इंतजार किया जा रहा है। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई तय की जाएगी।
दुकानदारों में भी मची हलचल
मिष्ठान भंडार के गोदाम पर खाद्य विभाग की छापेमारी की जानकारी मिलते ही आसपास के दुकानदारों और व्यापारियों में भी हलचल देखने को मिली। खाद्य विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया कि उपभोक्ताओं को सुरक्षित और गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य पदार्थ उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से जांच अभियान आगे भी जारी रहेगा।
अब इस कार्रवाई में लिए गए छेना, मलाई, केक और खोया के नमूनों की प्रयोगशाला रिपोर्ट का इंतजार है। रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही यह स्पष्ट होगा कि खाद्य पदार्थ निर्धारित मानकों पर खरे उतरते हैं या नहीं।
Food Department Raids Sweet Shop Warehouse in Modinagar, Four Food Samples Collected
Modinagar, Ghaziabad: The Food Department conducted a raid at the warehouse of a reputed sweet shop near the Modinagar bus stand on Monday following a complaint. During the inspection, officials checked the food products stored at the warehouse and collected samples of four food items for laboratory testing.
Action Taken on Complaint
Acting on the directions of Food Department officer Dr. Roshan Jacob, the team reached the sweet shop’s warehouse and inspected the food items stored there. During the inspection, officials collected samples of chhena, malai, cake and khoya.
The collected samples were sealed as per the prescribed procedure and sent to a laboratory for testing. Officials said that the quality of the food products will be determined after the laboratory report is received.
Further Action Based on Laboratory Report
According to Food Department officials, if the laboratory examination finds adulteration or any violation of food safety standards, appropriate action will be taken against the concerned sweet shop in accordance with the rules.
For now, the samples have been sent for testing and officials are waiting for the laboratory report. Further action will be decided on the basis of the findings.
Raid Creates Stir Among Local Traders
News of the Food Department’s raid at the warehouse also created a stir among nearby shopkeepers and traders. Officials said that inspection drives will continue to ensure the quality and safety of food products and protect consumers’ health.
The focus is now on the laboratory report of the chhena, malai, cake and khoya samples collected during the raid. The report will determine whether the food products meet the prescribed food safety standards.
