मोदीनगर: निवाड़ी रोड चौकी क्षेत्र की जगतपुरी कॉलोनी में घर लौट रहे एक युवक के साथ कथित रूप से मारपीट किए जाने का मामला सामने आया है। आरोप है कि सामने रहने वाले तीन से चार लोगों ने विवाद के दौरान युवक के सिर पर लोहे की रॉड से हमला कर दिया, जिससे वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। पीड़ित ने मोदीनगर थाने पहुंचकर आरोपियों के खिलाफ तहरीर देकर कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
घर लौटते समय शुरू हुआ विवाद
पीड़ित के अनुसार, वह शाम करीब छह बजे अपने घर वापस आया था। इसी दौरान सामने रहने वाले कुछ लोगों ने किसी बात को लेकर उसके साथ कहासुनी शुरू कर दी। आरोप है कि विवाद बढ़ने पर लोगों ने उसके साथ गाली-गलौज की।
पीड़ित ने जब गाली-गलौज का विरोध किया तो आरोप है कि तीन से चार लोगों ने उसके साथ मारपीट शुरू कर दी।
सिर पर लोहे की रॉड से वार करने का आरोप
पीड़ित का आरोप है कि मारपीट के दौरान आरोपियों ने उसके सिर पर लोहे की रॉड से वार कर दिया। रॉड लगने से उसके सिर में गंभीर चोट आई और वह लहूलुहान हो गया। आरोप है कि सिर पर हमला करने के बाद भी आरोपी उसके साथ मारपीट करते रहे।
पीड़ित के मुताबिक, मारपीट के दौरान उसके कपड़े भी फाड़ दिए गए। किसी तरह वह मौके से भागकर अपनी जान बचाने में सफल रहा।
थाने पहुंचकर दी तहरीर
घटना के बाद घायल युवक मोदीनगर थाने पहुंचा और पुलिस को पूरे मामले की जानकारी दी। पीड़ित ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ तहरीर देकर कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
पुलिस ने शिकायत के आधार पर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस का कहना है कि जांच के दौरान सामने आने वाले तथ्यों और आरोपों की पुष्टि के आधार पर आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
Youth Allegedly Attacked With Iron Rod in Jagatpuri Colony, Suffers Head Injury
Modinagar: A case of alleged assault has come to light from Jagatpuri Colony under the Niwari Road police outpost area, where a youth was reportedly attacked while returning home. The victim has alleged that three to four people living opposite his house assaulted him and hit him on the head with an iron rod, leaving him seriously injured. He later approached Modinagar Police Station and submitted a complaint seeking legal action against the accused.
Dispute Started While Returning Home
According to the victim, he returned home at around 6 pm. At that time, some people living opposite his house allegedly started arguing with him over an issue and began abusing him.
The victim said he objected to the alleged abuse, following which three to four people allegedly started assaulting him.
Iron Rod Allegedly Used in Attack
The victim alleged that during the assault, one of the accused hit him on the head with an iron rod. The blow caused a serious injury to his head, leaving him bleeding.
He further alleged that the accused continued beating him even after the rod attack. According to the complaint, his clothes were also torn during the alleged assault.
The victim said he somehow managed to escape from the spot and reached Modinagar Police Station to report the incident.
Police Begin Investigation
The victim provided details of the incident to the police and submitted a written complaint against the alleged attackers, requesting legal action.
Police have started investigating the matter. Officials said that necessary legal action will be taken after verifying the allegations and examining the facts of the case.
