मोदीनगर (गाजियाबाद): गाजियाबाद के मोदीनगर-भोजपुर रोड पर रविवार को शराब पीने के दौरान दो दोस्तों के बीच हुआ विवाद खूनी संघर्ष में बदल गया। मामूली कहासुनी के बाद एक युवक ने अपने ही साथी पर तमंचे से गोली चला दी, जिससे वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। घायल को पहले स्थानीय अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, लेकिन हालत गंभीर होने पर चिकित्सकों ने उसे गाजियाबाद के उच्च चिकित्सा केंद्र रेफर कर दिया।
कार में बैठकर पी रहे थे शराब
प्रारंभिक जांच के अनुसार दोनों युवक भोजपुर क्षेत्र स्थित एक शराब के ठेके से शराब खरीदकर लाए थे। इसके बाद दोनों कार में बैठकर शराब पी रहे थे। इसी दौरान किसी बात को लेकर दोनों के बीच कहासुनी शुरू हुई, जो देखते ही देखते हिंसक झगड़े में बदल गई।
साथी ने तमंचे से मारी गोली
विवाद बढ़ने पर एक युवक ने अपने पास मौजूद तमंचे से साथी पर गोली चला दी। गोली लगते ही घायल युवक लहूलुहान होकर गिर पड़ा। घटना के बाद आसपास मौजूद लोगों में अफरा-तफरी मच गई और तुरंत पुलिस को सूचना दी गई।
पुलिस ने आरोपी को किया गिरफ्तार
घटना की सूचना मिलते ही मोदीनगर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची। पुलिस ने घायल युवक को तत्काल अस्पताल पहुंचाया और त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को मौके से ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस ने घटना में प्रयुक्त तमंचा भी बरामद कर लिया है।
पुलिस कर रही मामले की जांच
मोदीनगर के एसीपी भास्कर वर्मा ने बताया कि मामले में तहरीर प्राप्त होने के बाद कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है। पुलिस सभी पहलुओं की गहन जांच कर रही है ताकि विवाद की वास्तविक वजह का पता लगाया जा सके। जांच में सामने आने वाले तथ्यों के आधार पर संबंधित धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
फिलहाल घायल युवक का इलाज जारी है और पुलिस पूरे मामले की विस्तृत विवेचना में जुटी हुई है |
Modinagar Crime News: Youth Shoots Friend During Drinking Session on Bhojpur Road, Accused Arrested
Modinagar, Ghaziabad: A heated argument between two friends turned violent on Sunday on the Modinagar-Bhojpur Road in Ghaziabad district when one of them allegedly shot the other during a drinking session. The injured youth sustained serious injuries and was initially admitted to a nearby hospital before being referred to a higher medical center in Ghaziabad due to his critical condition.
Friends Were Drinking Inside a Car
According to the preliminary police investigation, the two friends had purchased liquor from a government liquor shop in the Bhojpur area. They later sat inside a car and started drinking alcohol. During the session, an argument broke out between them over an undisclosed issue.
Argument Escalated Into Shooting
The dispute intensified, and one of the youths allegedly fired at his friend using a country-made pistol. The victim collapsed after being shot, causing panic among nearby residents, who immediately informed the police.
Police Arrested the Accused
Upon receiving the information, the Modinagar Police reached the spot, rushed the injured victim to the hospital, and arrested the accused from the scene. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has also been seized for forensic examination.
Investigation Underway
Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Bhaskar Verma stated that legal proceedings are being initiated after receiving the complaint. Police are investigating all aspects of the incident to determine the exact reason behind the dispute. Appropriate charges will be filed based on the findings of the investigation and the victim’s statement.
The injured youth is currently undergoing treatment, while police continue their detailed investigation into the case.
