गाजियाबाद: गाजियाबाद से लापता हुए 30 वर्षीय पशु चिकित्सक डॉ. शिवम कार्तिकेय भारद्वाज का शव ईस्टर्न पेरीफेरल एक्सप्रेसवे पर एक कार के अंदर मिला। डॉक्टर के परिजनों ने 29 सितंबर 2026 को नंदग्राम थाने में उनकी गुमशुदगी दर्ज कराई थी। अगले दिन मुरादनगर थाना क्षेत्र में एक्सप्रेसवे पर खड़ी कार से उनका शव बरामद किया गया।
ईस्टर्न पेरीफेरल एक्सप्रेसवे पर मिली कार
पुलिस के अनुसार, ईस्टर्न पेरीफेरल एक्सप्रेसवे पर एक ब्रेजा कार काफी देर से एक ही स्थान पर खड़ी थी। इसकी सूचना मिलने के बाद पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और कार की जांच की। अंदर एक व्यक्ति का शव मिला, जिसकी पहचान डॉ. शिवम कार्तिकेय के रूप में हुई। पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया।
एक दिन पहले दर्ज हुई थी गुमशुदगी
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, डॉ. शिवम गाजियाबाद के राजनगर एक्सटेंशन स्थित VVIP मंगल सोसाइटी में रहते थे और दिल्ली में अपना क्लीनिक चलाते थे। 29 सितंबर को घर से निकलने के बाद वह वापस नहीं लौटे, जिसके बाद परिवार ने उनकी तलाश शुरू की और नंदग्राम थाने में गुमशुदगी दर्ज कराई।
कार से इंजेक्शन और दवाइयां बरामद
पुलिस को कार से कई इंजेक्शन और दवाइयां मिली हैं। शुरुआती जांच में ओवरडोज की आशंका की भी जांच की जा रही है। हालांकि, पुलिस ने मौत की वास्तविक वजह को लेकर अभी अंतिम निष्कर्ष नहीं दिया है। पोस्टमार्टम और फोरेंसिक जांच के बाद स्थिति और स्पष्ट होने की उम्मीद है।
कमरे से Suicide Note मिलने की भी जानकारी
कुछ ताजा रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, डॉक्टर के कमरे से एक सुसाइड नोट भी मिला था। रिपोर्ट्स में बताया गया है कि इसमें डॉक्टर ने अपनी मौत की ओर इशारा किया था। हालांकि, मौत की परिस्थितियों और कारणों की आधिकारिक पुष्टि जांच एवं पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट से होनी बाकी है।
पुलिस कर रही जांच
पुलिस डॉक्टर के परिजनों और परिचितों से जानकारी जुटा रही है। साथ ही यह पता लगाने की कोशिश की जा रही है कि वह घर से निकलने के बाद ईस्टर्न पेरीफेरल एक्सप्रेसवे तक कैसे पहुंचे और कार से मिली दवाइयों एवं इंजेक्शनों का उनकी मौत से क्या संबंध था। शरीर पर प्रथम दृष्टया बाहरी चोट के निशान नहीं मिलने की बात भी पुलिस की ओर से सामने आई है।
Ghaziabad Missing Doctor Found Dead in Car
Ghaziabad: A 30-year-old veterinary doctor, Dr Shivam Kartikeya Bhardwaj, who had gone missing from Ghaziabad, was found dead inside a car on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway. His family had reported him missing at Nandgram Police Station on September 29, 2026. His body was subsequently recovered from a car in the Muradnagar police station area.
Body Found Inside Car on Eastern Peripheral Expressway
According to police-related reports, a Brezza car had reportedly been parked at the same location on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway for some time. After receiving information, police reached the spot and searched the vehicle. A body was found inside and was identified as Dr Shivam Kartikeya. The body was sent for postmortem.
Doctor Had Been Reported Missing on September 29
Reports state that Dr Shivam lived in VVIP Mangal Society in Raj Nagar Extension and operated a clinic in Delhi. After he did not return home, his family began searching for him and subsequently filed a missing-person report at Nandgram Police Station on September 29.
Injections and Medicines Recovered
Police reportedly recovered several injections and medicines from the car. An overdose angle is among the possibilities being examined during the preliminary investigation. However, the exact cause of death has not been conclusively established, with postmortem and forensic examination expected to provide further clarity.
Reports Mention Suicide Note
Some latest reports also state that a suicide note was found in the doctor’s room. However, the circumstances and exact cause of death remain subject to investigation and medical examination.
Police Investigation Underway
Police are gathering information from the doctor’s family and acquaintances. Investigators are also examining how he reached the Eastern Peripheral Expressway after leaving home and whether the medicines and injections recovered from the car are connected to his death. Police-related reports state that no apparent external injury marks were initially found on the body.
