उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजियाबाद स्थित लोनी बॉर्डर थाना क्षेत्र से एक बेहद ही झकझोर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है। यहाँ एक 28 वर्षीय पड़ोसी युवक सिराज ने पड़ोस में रहने वाली मात्र 12 साल की मासूम बच्ची को बहला-फुसलाकर अपनी हवस का शिकार बनाया। आरोपी पिछले 3 महीनों से बच्ची को डरा-धमकाकर लगातार उसके साथ दुष्कर्म करता रहा। बच्ची के डर के मारे चुप रहने और आरोपी का घर में आना-जाना होने के कारण परिजनों को लंबे समय तक इस बात की भनक भी नहीं लगी।
तबीयत बिगड़ने और डॉक्टर के चेकअप के बाद खुला पूरा मामला
इस घिनौनी करतूत का खुलासा तब हुआ जब अचानक बच्ची की तबीयत बिगड़ी। परिजन आनन-फानन में उसे पास के एक अस्पताल लेकर पहुंचे। वहाँ डॉक्टरों ने जब बच्ची का मेडिकल चेकअप किया, तो उन्होंने परिजनों को बताया कि उनकी 12 साल की बेटी 3 महीने की प्रेग्नेंट (गर्भवती) है। डॉक्टर की बात सुनते ही माता-पिता के होश उड़ गए। जब घर वालों ने प्यार से बच्ची से पूछताछ की, तो डरी-सहमी मासूम ने रोते हुए पड़ोसी सिराज की सारी सच्चाई बयां कर दी।
पुलिस की लापरवाही और ₹1 लाख में समझौते का बनाया जा रहा था दबाव
पीड़ित परिवार जब घटना की शिकायत लेकर लोनी बॉर्डर थाने पहुंचा, तो पुलिस ने संवेदनहीनता दिखाते हुए बिना मेडिकल कराए ही परिजनों को टरका दिया। हद तो तब हो गई जब शिकायत के बाद इलाके का एक ठेकेदार पीड़ित परिवार के घर पहुंचा और आरोपी के पक्ष में मामला दबाने के लिए 1 लाख रुपये का लालच देकर समझौते का दबाव बनाने लगा। पुलिस की तरफ से मदद न मिलने और धमकियों से परेशान होकर पीड़ित परिवार न्याय के लिए गुहार लगाता रहा।
भाजपा विधायक नंद किशोर गुर्जर के थाने पहुंचते ही एक्शन में आई पुलिस, तड़के एनकाउंटर
जब इस पूरी घटना की जानकारी क्षेत्रीय भाजपा विधायक नंद किशोर गुर्जर को हुई, तो वे देर रात करीब 11 बजे पीड़ित परिवार से मिलने उनके घर पहुंचे। विधायक ने परिवार को सुरक्षा का भरोसा दिया और तुरंत लोनी बॉर्डर थाने जा पहुंचे। विधायक ने पुलिस को सख्त चेतावनी दी कि अपराधियों को किसी भी कीमत पर संरक्षण न दिया जाए।
विधायक के कड़े रुख और भारी दबाव के बाद पुलिस तुरंत सक्रिय हुई और देर रात मामला दर्ज (FIR) किया गया। इसके बाद सोमवार तड़के करीब 3 बजे पुलिस ने घेराबंदी कर आरोपी सिराज को बाइक से भागते हुए देखा। पुलिस द्वारा रोकने पर आरोपी ने फायरिंग कर दी। जवाबी कार्रवाई (एनकाउंटर) में पुलिस की गोली आरोपी सिराज के पैर में लगी, जिसके बाद उसे लंगड़ाते हुए दबोच लिया गया। घायल आरोपी को इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।

To make matters worse, following the complaint, a contractor from the locality visited the victim’s family’s house and began pressuring them for a settlement, offering a lure of 1 lakh rupees to suppress the case in favor of the accused. Upset by the lack of help from the police and the ongoing threats, the victim’s family kept pleading for justice.
Police Swung Into Action As Soon As BJP MLA Nand Kishor Gurjar Reached the Police Station; Early Morning Encounter
When the regional BJP MLA Nand Kishor Gurjar came to know about this entire incident, he reached the victim’s family’s house late at night around 11 PM to meet them. The MLA assured the family of their safety and immediately went to the Loni Border police station. The MLA gave a stern warning to the police that criminals should not be given protection under any circumstances.
Following the MLA’s strict stance and heavy pressure, the police became active instantly, and a case (FIR) was registered late at night. After this, at around 3 AM on Monday morning, the police cordoned off the area and spotted the accused Siraj fleeing on a motorcycle. When the police tried to stop him, the accused opened fire. In the retaliatory action (encounter), a bullet fired by the police hit the leg of the accused Siraj, after which he was nabbed while limping. The injured accused has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
