Modinagar Local News : मोदीनगर के भोजपुर-औरंगाबाद फजलगढ़ मार्ग पर प्रस्तावित नाला निर्माण को लेकर ग्रामीणों और प्रशासन के बीच विवाद गहरा गया है। ग्राम फजलगढ़ के लोगों ने शक्ति माता धर्मस्थली के पास बनाए जा रहे नाले और मेन रोड क्रॉसिंग का विरोध करते हुए काम रुकवाने की मांग की है। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि बिना विभागीय अनुमति के पहले भी यहां नाला बनाया गया था और अब उसे आगे बढ़ाकर गांव की तरफ गंदा पानी मोड़ने की कोशिश की जा रही है।

ग्रामीण ओमपाल चौधरी ने बताया कि भोजपुर क्षेत्र का पानी पहले एक बड़े तालाब में जाता था, लेकिन वहां विरोध होने के बाद अब पानी का रास्ता फजलगढ़ गांव की ओर मोड़ा जा रहा है। उनका कहना है कि नाले में होटल और अन्य गंदगी वाला पानी आएगा, जिससे गांव और धर्मस्थल के आसपास गंदगी फैलने का खतरा बढ़ जाएगा। ग्रामीणों ने आरोप लगाया कि कुछ लोगों की सांठगांठ से जबरन सड़क खोदकर पाइप डालने की कोशिश की गई, जिसे विरोध के बाद फिलहाल रुकवा दिया गया।
ग्रामीण बोले- पूरा गांव नाला निर्माण के खिलाफ
ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि शक्ति माता धर्मस्थली गांव की आस्था का केंद्र है और उसके पास से नाला निकालना गलत है। लोगों ने प्रशासन से मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने और निर्माण कार्य पर रोक लगाने की मांग की है।

Residents of Fazalgarh village have opposed the drain and road crossing work being carried out near the Shakti Mata religious site and demanded that the construction be stopped immediately. Villagers alleged that an earlier drain was also constructed without proper departmental approval, and now efforts are being made to extend it and divert dirty water toward their village.
Villagers Allege Dirty Water Is Being Diverted Towards the Village
Villager Ompal Chaudhary stated that the water from the Bhojpur area earlier flowed into a large pond, but after opposition there, attempts are now being made to divert the drainage towards Fazalgarh village. He claimed that the drain would carry dirty water from hotels and other sources, which could create unhygienic conditions near the village and the religious site. Villagers also alleged that some people tried to forcibly dig the main road and lay pipes with the help of officials, but the work was stopped after strong opposition.
Entire Village Opposes the Drain Construction
According to the villagers, the Shakti Mata religious site is a symbol of faith for the entire village, and constructing a drain near it is unacceptable. Residents have demanded a fair investigation and immediate suspension of the construction work.
