भारत रूस और यूक्रेन दोनों के साथ लगातार संपर्क में
विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने कहा कि भारत रूस और यूक्रेन दोनों पक्षों के साथ लगातार संवाद बनाए हुए है। उन्होंने कहा कि नई दिल्ली उन विचारों और सुझावों पर विचार कर रही है, जो मौजूदा संघर्ष को कम करने या युद्ध समाप्त करने में मदद कर सकते हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि युद्ध का कोई विजेता नहीं होता। युद्ध केवल लोगों की मौत, बड़े पैमाने पर विनाश और दुनिया भर में आर्थिक तथा मानवीय संकट पैदा करता है।
जयशंकर ने कहा कि अब प्राथमिकता संवाद और कूटनीति को बढ़ावा देने की होनी चाहिए।
‘अंतहीन युद्ध को खत्म होना चाहिए’
एस जयशंकर ने कहा कि भारत लगातार यह संदेश देता रहा है कि युद्ध का समाधान युद्ध के मैदान में नहीं बल्कि बातचीत और कूटनीति के माध्यम से तलाशा जाना चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि भारत रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध को समाप्त करने में मदद के लिए अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार हर संभव प्रयास करने को तैयार है।
भारत का मानना है कि शांति स्थापित करने के लिए दोनों पक्षों के बीच संवाद बेहद जरूरी है।
यूक्रेन दौरे के बाद पोलैंड पहुंचे जयशंकर
डॉ. एस जयशंकर पोलैंड पहुंचने से पहले यूक्रेन के दौरे पर थे। कीव में उन्होंने यूक्रेन के शीर्ष नेतृत्व के साथ महत्वपूर्ण बातचीत की।
यूक्रेन दौरे के दौरान विदेश मंत्री ने राष्ट्रपति वोलोदिमिर ज़ेलेंस्की और यूक्रेन के विदेश मंत्री आंद्रियी सिबिहा से मुलाकात की।
जयशंकर ने यूक्रेनी नेतृत्व को बताया कि भारत रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध समाप्त कराने के लिए किसी भी प्रकार की सहायता देने के लिए तैयार है।
बैठक के बाद राष्ट्रपति ज़ेलेंस्की ने युद्ध समाप्त करने के लिए भारत की प्रतिबद्धता की सराहना की और भारत के रुख के लिए आभार जताया।
पोलैंड के साथ वैश्विक चुनौतियों पर चर्चा
वारसॉ में पोलैंड के विदेश मंत्री रादोस्लाव सिकोरस्की के साथ बातचीत के दौरान एस जयशंकर ने कई महत्वपूर्ण वैश्विक मुद्दों पर चर्चा की।
दोनों नेताओं ने जटिल वैश्विक चुनौतियों और अंतरराष्ट्रीय परिस्थितियों पर विचार-विमर्श किया।
चर्चा के प्रमुख मुद्दों में शामिल रहे:
- सप्लाई चेन की मजबूती
- खाद्य सुरक्षा
- ईंधन सुरक्षा
- उर्वरक सुरक्षा
- वैश्विक आर्थिक चुनौतियां
भारत-पोलैंड संयुक्त कार्य योजना 2024-28 की समीक्षा
भारत और पोलैंड के बीच हुई बातचीत में Joint Action Plan 2024-28 की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की गई।
इस कार्य योजना के तहत दोनों देश कई महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों में सहयोग बढ़ाने पर काम कर रहे हैं।
इन क्षेत्रों में शामिल हैं:
- व्यापार और निवेश
- रक्षा सहयोग
- सांस्कृतिक संबंध
- बहुपक्षीय सहयोग
दोनों देशों ने भारत-पोलैंड रणनीतिक साझेदारी को और मजबूत करने की प्रतिबद्धता भी जताई।
पोलैंड के राष्ट्रपति करोल नावरोकी से भी मिले जयशंकर
पोलैंड दौरे के दौरान विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने पोलैंड के राष्ट्रपति करोल नावरोकी से भी मुलाकात की।
बैठक में भारत-पोलैंड रणनीतिक साझेदारी को मजबूत करने पर चर्चा हुई।
दोनों नेताओं ने रूस-यूक्रेन संघर्ष और पश्चिम एशिया की मौजूदा स्थिति सहित महत्वपूर्ण अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्दों पर भी विचारों का आदान-प्रदान किया।
भारत का संदेश साफ: संवाद और कूटनीति से निकलेगा समाधान
एस जयशंकर के बयान से एक बार फिर स्पष्ट हुआ है कि भारत रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध के समाधान के लिए बातचीत और कूटनीति को सबसे महत्वपूर्ण रास्ता मानता है।
भारत लगातार दोनों देशों के संपर्क में रहते हुए शांति स्थापित करने के प्रयासों का समर्थन कर रहा है।
नई दिल्ली का कहना है कि लंबे समय तक चलने वाले युद्ध से किसी का फायदा नहीं होता और इसका असर केवल युद्ध क्षेत्र तक सीमित नहीं रहता, बल्कि पूरी दुनिया खाद्य, ऊर्जा और आर्थिक संकट के रूप में इसकी कीमत चुकाती है।
भारत रूस यूक्रेन युद्ध को समाप्त करने के लिए हर संभव सहयोग देने को तैयार है और आगे भी शांति तथा कूटनीति के प्रयासों को समर्थन देता रहेगा।

India in Continuous Touch With Russia and Ukraine
S Jaishankar said India is maintaining communication with both Russia and Ukraine as part of its efforts to support a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
According to the External Affairs Minister, New Delhi is considering different ideas and suggestions that could contribute towards reducing tensions and eventually ending the Russia-Ukraine war.
He stressed that dialogue and diplomacy should remain at the centre of international efforts.
‘Endless War Must Give Way to an End to War’
Jaishankar said India’s position on the Russia-Ukraine war has remained consistent.
He stressed that wars do not produce winners and instead cause enormous human suffering, destruction of infrastructure and wider economic consequences across the world.
The External Affairs Minister said the focus should be on encouraging dialogue and diplomacy between the concerned parties.
India, he added, remains committed to doing whatever it can to help bring the conflict to an end.
Jaishankar Visits Poland After Ukraine Trip
Dr Jaishankar arrived in Poland after completing his visit to Ukraine, where he held discussions with the country’s top leadership.
During his visit to Kyiv, the External Affairs Minister met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.
Jaishankar conveyed that India is ready to extend assistance in any possible manner to help bring the Russia-Ukraine war to an end.
Following his discussions with the Indian External Affairs Minister, President Zelenskyy expressed gratitude for India’s commitment towards ending the conflict.
India and Poland Discuss Global Challenges
During his talks with Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, Jaishankar also discussed several complex global challenges.
The discussions focused on important areas including:
- Supply chain resilience
- Food security
- Fuel security
- Fertiliser security
- Global economic challenges
The two sides exchanged views on how countries can strengthen cooperation amid growing geopolitical uncertainty.
Progress of India-Poland Joint Action Plan 2024-28 Reviewed
India and Poland also reviewed the progress made under the Joint Action Plan 2024-28.
The action plan focuses on strengthening cooperation between the two countries across several important sectors.
Key areas include:
- Trade and investment
- Defence cooperation
- Cultural exchanges
- Multilateral cooperation
Both countries reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the India-Poland Strategic Partnership.
Jaishankar Meets Polish President Karol Nawrocki
Later, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar also called on Polish President Karol Nawrocki.
The two leaders discussed ways to further strengthen the bilateral Strategic Partnership between India and Poland.
They also exchanged views on major international developments, including the Ukraine conflict and the evolving situation in West Asia.
India’s Position on Russia-Ukraine War Remains Focused on Diplomacy
India has consistently maintained that dialogue and diplomacy are the most effective ways to resolve the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Jaishankar’s latest remarks underline New Delhi’s willingness to support every credible effort aimed at ending the war.
India believes that prolonged conflict affects not only the countries directly involved but also creates serious consequences for the rest of the world, including disruptions to food supplies, energy markets and fertiliser availability.
With India maintaining communication with both Russia and Ukraine, New Delhi continues to support diplomatic efforts aimed at achieving a peaceful resolution to the Russia-Ukraine war.
India remains committed to promoting dialogue, diplomacy and peace and is ready to contribute in every possible way towards ending the conflict.
