
Deoghar SBI ATM Theft: झारखंड के देवघर में SBI ATM चोरी की हैरान करने वाली वारदात सामने आई है। बदमाशों ने कैश निकालने के बजाय पूरी ATM मशीन को ही उखाड़ लिया और उसे कार से रस्सी बांधकर सड़क पर घसीटते हुए अपने साथ ले गए। इस पूरी वारदात का CCTV फुटेज सामने आया है, जिसमें बदमाशों की हरकतें कैद हुई हैं।
देवघर में ATM चोरी की पूरी वारदात
यह घटना देवघर के नगर थाना क्षेत्र में नंदन पहाड़ के पास सेवा धाम के नजदीक मंगलवार तड़के करीब 3:30 बजे हुई। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, कई बदमाश एक वाहन से ATM के पास पहुंचे। इसके बाद उन्होंने ATM कियोस्क को निशाना बनाया और मशीन को बाहर निकालने की कोशिश शुरू कर दी।
बदमाशों ने पहले ATM कियोस्क के शटर को तोड़ने या काटने की कोशिश की। जब वे सीधे मशीन से कैश निकालने में सफल नहीं हुए तो उन्होंने पूरी ATM मशीन को ही उखाड़कर ले जाने की योजना बनाई।
रस्सी से कार में बांधकर ATM को घसीटा
बदमाशों ने ATM मशीन को रस्सी की मदद से वाहन से बांधा और जोर लगाकर उसे जमीन से उखाड़ लिया। इसके बाद मशीन को सड़क पर करीब 500 मीटर तक घसीटते हुए एक सुनसान जगह की ओर ले जाया गया।
CCTV फुटेज में बदमाशों की यह पूरी गतिविधि रिकॉर्ड हुई है। वीडियो में ATM मशीन को वाहन के पीछे बांधकर सड़क पर घसीटते हुए देखा जा सकता है।
इसके बाद बदमाश ATM को वाहन में लोड करके वहां से फरार हो गए।
ATM को देवीपुर ले जाकर तोड़ने का आरोप
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, बदमाश ATM को बाद में देवीपुर इलाके की ओर ले गए। वहां ATM मशीन को तोड़कर उसके अंदर मौजूद कैश निकालने की कोशिश की गई। पुलिस को बाद में ATM से जुड़े अवशेष भी मिले हैं।
ATM में मौजूद कैश को लेकर अलग-अलग रिपोर्ट्स में करीब ₹4.80 लाख से ₹4.82 लाख की रकम बताई गई है। पुलिस इस बात की जांच कर रही है कि बदमाश कितनी रकम लेकर फरार हुए।
5 से 7 बदमाशों के शामिल होने की जानकारी
इस SBI ATM चोरी की वारदात में करीब 5 से 7 बदमाशों के शामिल होने की जानकारी सामने आई है। रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, सभी बदमाशों ने अपनी पहचान छिपाने के लिए चेहरे ढक रखे थे।
पुलिस अब CCTV फुटेज की मदद से आरोपियों की पहचान करने की कोशिश कर रही है। जिस वाहन का इस्तेमाल ATM को उखाड़कर ले जाने में किया गया, उसके बारे में भी सुराग जुटाए जा रहे हैं।
ATM का अलार्म क्यों नहीं बजा?
इस मामले में एक और महत्वपूर्ण सवाल ATM की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर उठ रहा है। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, बदमाशों ने CCTV और लाइट कनेक्शन को नुकसान पहुंचाया, लेकिन वारदात के दौरान ATM का हूटर या अलार्म सक्रिय नहीं हुआ।
पुलिस इस पहलू की भी जांच कर रही है कि इतनी बड़ी चोरी के दौरान सुरक्षा अलर्ट क्यों नहीं हुआ और ATM की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में कोई तकनीकी खामी थी या नहीं।
पुलिस ने SIT गठित की
देवघर के SP प्रवीण पुष्कर के अनुसार, मामले की जांच के लिए SIT का गठन किया गया है। पुलिस CCTV फुटेज, घटनास्थल और बदमाशों के भागने के रास्ते से जुड़े सुरागों की जांच कर रही है।
पुलिस इस बात की भी जांच कर रही है कि क्या बदमाशों ने वारदात से पहले ATM की रेकी की थी। CCTV फुटेज और अन्य तकनीकी सुरागों के आधार पर आरोपियों तक पहुंचने की कोशिश की जा रही है।
CCTV वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल
देवघर की यह ATM चोरी इसलिए भी चर्चा में है क्योंकि पूरी वारदात CCTV कैमरे में कैद हो गई। वीडियो में बदमाश कार से रस्सी बांधकर पूरा ATM उखाड़ते और सड़क पर घसीटते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
पुलिस अब आरोपियों की पहचान और गिरफ्तारी के साथ-साथ चोरी की रकम का पता लगाने में जुटी है। मामले की जांच पूरी होने के बाद ही वारदात से जुड़ी बाकी जानकारी स्पष्ट हो सकेगी।

SBI ATM Uprooted in Deoghar
The incident reportedly took place in the Nandan Pahar area near Seva Dham under Deoghar Nagar police station jurisdiction at around 3:30 am on Tuesday.
According to reports, a group of thieves arrived near the SBI ATM in a vehicle and began attempting to break into the ATM kiosk. After reportedly failing to directly access the cash, the suspects allegedly decided to remove the entire ATM machine.
Thieves Used Ropes to Drag ATM
The suspects reportedly used ropes to attach the ATM machine to a vehicle before pulling it out of its position.
The ATM was then allegedly dragged along the road for around 500 metres towards an isolated location. CCTV footage captured the unusual method used by the suspects during the alleged robbery.
The machine was subsequently loaded into a vehicle and taken away from the area.
ATM Taken Towards Deoghar’s Devipur Area
According to reports, the stolen ATM was later taken towards the Devipur area, where the machine was allegedly broken open to access the cash inside.
Police reportedly recovered remains connected to the ATM after the incident.
The amount of cash inside the machine has been reported at around ₹4.80 lakh to ₹4.82 lakh. Investigators are still working to determine the exact amount stolen during the incident.
5 to 7 Suspects Reportedly Involved
Reports suggest that around five to seven people may have been involved in the Deoghar SBI ATM theft.
The suspects reportedly covered their faces to conceal their identities. Police are examining CCTV footage and other available evidence to identify the individuals involved in the crime.
Investigators are also trying to trace the vehicle allegedly used to uproot and transport the ATM.
Why Did the ATM Alarm Not Trigger?
One of the major questions arising from the incident is related to the ATM’s security system.
According to reports, the suspects damaged the CCTV and lighting connections, but the ATM’s alarm or hooter reportedly did not activate during the theft.
Police are investigating whether there was any technical or security failure that prevented an alert from being triggered during the incident.
SIT Formed to Investigate ATM Theft
According to Deoghar SP Praveen Pushkar, an SIT has been formed to investigate the case.
The investigation team is examining CCTV footage, the crime scene and the route allegedly taken by the suspects after stealing the ATM.
Police are also investigating whether the suspects had conducted reconnaissance of the ATM location before carrying out the theft.
