Violent Protests in Noida : दिल्ली से सटे नोएडा में सोमवार (13 अप्रैल) को श्रमिकों का प्रदर्शन अचानक हिंसक हो गया। फेस-2 औद्योगिक क्षेत्र समेत कई इलाकों में कर्मचारियों ने तोड़फोड़, आगजनी और पथराव किया। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने करीब 50 फैक्ट्री और ऑफिसों में तोड़फोड़ की और 10 से अधिक गाड़ियों में आग लगा दी। कई जगहों पर पुलिस के साथ झड़प और पथराव की घटनाएं सामने आईं |
क्यों भड़का विवाद?
यह आंदोलन सैलरी बढ़ोतरी की मांग को लेकर शुरू हुआ। Richa Global Exports Pvt Ltd की फरीदाबाद यूनिट में वेतन बढ़ने के बाद नोएडा के कर्मचारियों ने भी समान सैलरी की मांग उठाई।
श्रमिकों की मुख्य मांगें
- न्यूनतम वेतन ₹20,000 प्रति माह
- समय पर बोनस भुगतान
- ओवरटाइम का दोगुना भुगतान
- बिना कारण नौकरी से न निकाला जाए
- साप्ताहिक अवकाश और रविवार पर डबल पे
कई इलाकों में भारी जाम
प्रदर्शन के कारण सेक्टर 62, सेक्टर 63, सेक्टर 15, सूरजपुर, दादरी और नॉलेज पार्क समेत कई क्षेत्रों में ट्रैफिक पूरी तरह ठप हो गया। दिल्ली-नोएडा लिंक रोड और चिल्ला बॉर्डर पर भी यातायात प्रभावित रहा।
ट्रैफिक एडवाइजरी जारी
नोएडा पुलिस ने एडवाइजरी जारी कर लोगों को DND और NH-24 जैसे वैकल्पिक मार्गों का उपयोग करने की सलाह दी है। स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है। श्रम विभाग और प्रशासन के अधिकारी लगातार श्रमिकों और कंपनी प्रबंधन के साथ बातचीत कर रहे हैं।

Violent Protests in Noida : A workers’ protest turned violent on Monday (April 13) in Noida, near Delhi. In several areas, including the Phase-2 industrial zone, employees resorted to vandalism, arson, and stone-pelting. Protesters damaged around 50 factories and offices and set more than 10 vehicles on fire. Clashes and stone-pelting incidents were also reported at multiple locations involving the police.
What Triggered the Protest?
The protest began over demands for a salary hike. After Richa Global Exports Pvt Ltd increased wages at its Faridabad unit, workers in Noida demanded equal pay.
Key Demands of Workers:
- Minimum salary of ₹20,000 per month
- Timely payment of bonuses
- Double payment for overtime
- No unnecessary job terminations
- Weekly leave and double pay for Sunday work
Severe Traffic Disruptions
Due to the protest, traffic came to a standstill in areas such as Sector 62, Sector 63, Sector 15, Surajpur, Dadri, and Knowledge Park. The Delhi-Noida Link Road and Chilla Border were also heavily affected.
Traffic Advisory Issued
Noida Police has issued a traffic advisory, urging commuters to use alternate routes like DND and NH-24. Heavy police force has been deployed to control the situation. Meanwhile, labor department officials and administration are in talks with workers and company management.
