Kanpur Kidney Racket : उत्तर प्रदेश के कानपुर में अवैध किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट रैकेट का बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है। यह गिरोह गेमिंग ऐप और साइबर फ्रॉड के जरिए युवकों को फंसाकर उनसे किडनी निकलवाता था। गिरोह पहले युवकों को गेमिंग ग्रुप में जोड़ता था और छोटी जीत दिलाकर भरोसा बनाता था। बाद में गेम मुश्किल कर उन्हें कर्ज में फंसा देता और फिर किडनी डोनेट करने का प्रस्ताव देता। डॉक्टर युवकों का ब्रेनवॉश कर उन्हें अमेरिका और लंदन की कथित रिसर्च दिखाते थे, यह समझाते हुए कि एक किडनी वाला व्यक्ति भी लंबा और स्वस्थ जीवन जी सकता है। डोनर को 20-25 लाख देने का वादा किया जाता था, लेकिन कई मामलों में उन्हें केवल 9.5 लाख रुपये ही मिले, जबकि रिसीवर से 22 लाख या उससे ज्यादा वसूले गए। पुलिस जांच में सामने आया कि कानपुर के निजी अस्पतालों में 40-50 से ज्यादा अवैध ट्रांसप्लांट किए गए। पीड़ितों का इलाज लखनऊ के अस्पताल में चल रहा है।
गिरोह में कौन-कौन शामिल?
गिरोह में कई डॉक्टर, एजेंट, अस्पताल संचालक और टेक्निशियन शामिल थे। डॉ. अफजल, डॉ. मुदस्सिर अली और एजेंट शिवम अग्रवाल मुख्य भूमिका में थे।इस रैकेट के तार मेरठ, दिल्ली-एनसीआर, प्रयागराज समेत कई शहरों से जुड़े पाए गए हैं। पुलिस पूरे नेटवर्क को खंगाल रही है।
पुलिस की कार्रवाई
अब तक 9 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है। कई अस्पताल सील किए गए हैं और साइबर टीम बैंक खातों की जांच कर रही है। अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश जारी है।
यह मामला दिखाता है कि कैसे साइबर फ्रॉड और मेडिकल नेटवर्क का इस्तेमाल कर युवाओं को फंसाया जा रहा है, जिससे कानून-व्यवस्था और स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था दोनों पर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं।

Kanpur Kidney Racket: A major illegal kidney transplant racket has been exposed in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The gang used gaming apps and cyber fraud to trap young men and force them into donating kidneys.
The gang first added victims to gaming groups and built trust by giving them small wins. Later, they made the games difficult, pushing them into debt, and then offered them money in exchange for kidney donation. Doctors brainwashed the victims by showing alleged research from the US and London, claiming that a person can live a long and healthy life with one kidney.
Donors were promised ₹20–25 lakh, but in many cases, they were paid only around ₹9.5 lakh, while recipients were charged ₹22 lakh or more. Police investigations revealed that more than 40–50 illegal transplants were carried out in private hospitals in Kanpur. Victims are currently undergoing treatment in a hospital in Lucknow.
Who was involved?
The racket involved several doctors, agents, hospital operators, and technicians. Key accused include Dr. Afzal, Dr. Mudassir Ali, and agent Shivam Agrawal. The network has links to Meerut, Delhi-NCR, Prayagraj, and other cities.
Police Action
So far, 9 accused have been arrested. Several hospitals have been sealed, and the cyber team is investigating bank accounts. The search for other accused is ongoing.
This case highlights how cyber fraud and medical networks are being misused to exploit vulnerable youth, raising serious concerns about law enforcement and the healthcare system.
