लीज समाप्त होने से पहले जमीन की खरीद-फरोख्त का आरोप, डीएम और एसडीएम से कार्रवाई की मांग
मोदीनगर। गांव बिसोखर के किसानों और ग्रामीणों ने मोदी कपड़ा मिल की लीज जमीन को लेकर अधिकारियों से शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि उनके बड़े-बुजुर्गों ने मोदी कपड़ा मिल की स्थापना और उसके कारोबार के विस्तार के उद्देश्य से अपनी जमीन लीज पर दी थी। ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, संबंधित जमीन की लीज वर्ष 2045 तक है, लेकिन लीज अवधि पूरी होने से पहले ही जमीनों को बेचने का प्रयास किए जाने की शिकायत सामने आई है।
किसानों ने मोदी कपड़ा मिल की लीज जमीन की बिक्री पर उठाए सवाल
ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि मोदी कपड़ा मिल लंबे समय से बंद पड़ी है। इसके बावजूद मिल और उसके आसपास स्थित लीज पर दी गई जमीनों की कथित खरीद-फरोख्त किए जाने की जानकारी मिल रही है।
किसानों ने आरोप लगाया कि जब जमीन की लीज वर्ष 2045 तक प्रभावी है, तो लीज अवधि समाप्त होने से पहले जमीन को बेचने, हस्तांतरित करने या उसका स्वरूप बदलने का अधिकार संबंधित पक्ष को नहीं होना चाहिए।
साई मंदिर के पीछे खाली जमीन को लेकर भी शिकायत
ग्रामीणों ने विशेष रूप से गंदे नाले के पास स्थित साई मंदिर के पीछे खाली पड़ी जमीन का भी मुद्दा उठाया है। किसानों का आरोप है कि इस जमीन को भी बेचने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, यह जमीन भी पहले मोदी कपड़ा मिल की स्थापना और कारोबार के विस्तार के उद्देश्य से लीज पर दी गई थी। किसानों ने मांग की है कि इस जमीन की वर्तमान स्थिति और स्वामित्व से जुड़े दस्तावेजों की जांच कराई जाए।
मोदीनगर तहसील पहुंचकर किसानों ने दर्ज कराई शिकायत
इस मामले को लेकर गांव बिसोखर के किसान और ग्रामीण मोदीनगर तहसील पहुंचे और अधिकारियों को प्रार्थना पत्र देकर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराई।
ग्रामीणों ने डीएम, एसडीएम और अन्य संबंधित उच्च अधिकारियों से मांग की है कि मोदी कपड़ा मिल से जुड़ी लीज की जमीन की कथित बिक्री पर रोक लगाई जाए और पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराई जाए।
अधिकारियों की कथित मिलीभगत का भी आरोप
किसानों और ग्रामीणों ने आरोप लगाया कि कुछ अधिकारियों की कथित मिलीभगत से लीज की जमीनों की खरीद-फरोख्त और उनमें हेरफेर का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
हालांकि, इन आरोपों की स्वतंत्र रूप से पुष्टि नहीं हो सकी है। ग्रामीणों ने प्रशासन से मांग की है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराकर वास्तविक स्थिति स्पष्ट की जाए।
2045 तक जमीन की स्थिति स्पष्ट करने की मांग
किसानों ने प्रशासन से मांग की है कि वर्ष 2045 में लीज समाप्त होने तक जमीन की कानूनी स्थिति स्पष्ट रखी जाए। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि लीज अवधि के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की बिक्री, हस्तांतरण या भूमि के स्वरूप में बदलाव होने की स्थिति में नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।

Farmers and villagers from Bisokhar reached Modinagar Tehsil and submitted their complaint to the authorities.
They have also submitted applications to the District Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Magistrate and other senior officials, demanding that any alleged sale of the lease land be stopped and that the entire matter be investigated.
