मोदीनगर। गाजियाबाद के मोदीनगर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव तिबड़ा में मंगलवार रात करीब 9 बजे मामूली कहासुनी के बाद दो भाइयों के साथ कथित रूप से मारपीट किए जाने का मामला सामने आया है। पीड़ित पक्ष का आरोप है कि पंचायत घर में बैठे होने के दौरान एक व्यक्ति ने कंधे से टक्कर मारकर विवाद शुरू करने का प्रयास किया। विरोध करने पर आरोपियों ने कथित रूप से हमला कर दिया।
पीड़ित के अनुसार, विवाद बढ़ने पर उसका भाई बीच-बचाव करने पहुंचा, लेकिन आरोपियों ने उसके साथ भी मारपीट शुरू कर दी। आरोप है कि हमलावरों ने लाठी-डंडों के अलावा भैंस से संबंधित काम में इस्तेमाल होने वाले धारदार आर जैसे उपकरण से भी वार किए।
दोनों भाइयों को गंभीर चोटें आने का आरोप
पीड़ित पक्ष का कहना है कि हमले में दोनों भाइयों को गंभीर चोटें आई हैं। एक पीड़ित के शरीर पर धारदार उपकरण से वार किए जाने के निशान होने का भी दावा किया गया है।
पीड़ित ने बताया कि आरोपी कथित रूप से झगड़ालू प्रवृत्ति के हैं। आरोप है कि विवाद के दौरान किसी तरह अपनी जान बचाकर पीड़ित पक्ष मोदीनगर थाने पहुंचा और पुलिस को मामले की जानकारी दी।
पुलिस ने कराया मेडिकल परीक्षण
थाने पहुंचने के बाद पुलिस ने घायल पीड़ितों को मेडिकल परीक्षण के लिए गोविंदपुरी स्थित सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र भेजा। पीड़ित पक्ष के अनुसार, एक घायल भाई की हालत गंभीर होने पर प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद उसे निजी अस्पताल के लिए रेफर किए जाने की बात कही गई है।
पुलिस को दी तहरीर, कार्रवाई की मांग
पीड़ित ने मोदीनगर थाने में आरोपियों के खिलाफ तहरीर देकर कार्रवाई की मांग की है। पुलिस द्वारा तहरीर और मेडिकल रिपोर्ट के आधार पर मामले की जांच किए जाने की बात सामने आई है।
पीड़ित परिवार ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई करने और परिवार की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की है। मामले में पुलिस जांच के बाद आगे की कार्रवाई करेगी।

Two Brothers Allegedly Attacked After Minor Dispute in Tibda Village, Modinagar
Modinagar, Ghaziabad: A case of alleged assault following a minor dispute has come to light from Tibda village under the Modinagar police station area in Ghaziabad. The incident reportedly took place at around 9 PM on Tuesday.
According to the complainant, he was sitting at the village Panchayat Ghar when one of the accused allegedly bumped into his shoulder and attempted to start an argument. When he objected, the situation reportedly escalated into violence.
Brother Also Allegedly Assaulted During Intervention
The victim alleged that when his brother arrived to intervene and stop the fight, the accused allegedly assaulted him as well. The complainant claimed that the attackers used sticks and wooden rods and allegedly attacked them with a sharp saw-like tool reportedly used in buffalo-related work.
Both brothers reportedly sustained serious injuries during the alleged attack. The victim also claimed that marks of injuries caused by the sharp tool were visible on his body.
Injured Sent for Medical Examination
According to the complaint, the victims somehow managed to escape and reached the Modinagar police station to report the incident.
Police subsequently sent the injured individuals for medical examination to the Community Health Centre in Govindpuri. One of the injured brothers was reportedly referred to a private hospital after receiving primary treatment due to the seriousness of his condition.

The victim has submitted a written complaint at Modinagar police station and demanded strict action against the accused.
