मोदीनगर। गाजियाबाद के मोदीनगर थाना क्षेत्र में बच्चों के विवाद को लेकर एक परिवार पर कथित रूप से जानलेवा हमला किए जाने का मामला सामने आया है। महामाया चौक के पास स्थित गांव मानकी में मंगलवार शाम हुए विवाद के दौरान आरोप है कि दबंगों ने परिवार के लोगों को रास्ते में घेरकर लाठी-डंडों और सरियों से हमला कर दिया। इस घटना में एक महिला समेत चार लोग घायल हो गए, जिनमें कुछ लोगों को गंभीर चोटें आई हैं।
दुकान से चीनी लेने जा रहे व्यक्ति को रास्ते में रोका
पीड़ित परिवार के अनुसार, मंगलवार शाम करीब 6:30 बजे परिवार का एक व्यक्ति दुकान से चीनी लेने के लिए जा रहा था। आरोप है कि रास्ते में कुछ लोगों ने उसे रोक लिया और उसके साथ मारपीट शुरू कर दी।
घटना की जानकारी मिलने के बाद परिवार के अन्य सदस्य मौके पर पहुंचे और बीच-बचाव करने का प्रयास किया। पीड़ितों का आरोप है कि इसी दौरान हमलावरों ने परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों को भी घेर लिया और उन पर हमला कर दिया।
15 से 20 लोगों पर हमला करने का आरोप
पीड़ित परिवार का आरोप है कि करीब 15 से 20 लोगों ने मिलकर मारपीट की। आरोपियों ने कथित रूप से लाठी-डंडों और लोहे की सरियों का इस्तेमाल किया।
हमले में एक व्यक्ति के सिर में गंभीर चोट लगने से उसका सिर फूट गया। वहीं, दूसरे व्यक्ति की उंगली में गंभीर चोट आई है। घटना में एक महिला समेत अन्य लोग भी घायल हुए हैं।
बच्चों के विवाद से शुरू हुआ मामला
पीड़ित परिवार के मुताबिक, विवाद की शुरुआत बच्चों को लेकर हुई थी। आरोप है कि दूसरे पक्ष के बच्चे स्कूल में उनके बच्चों के साथ कथित रूप से मारपीट करते थे।
परिवार का कहना है कि इस संबंध में उन्होंने कई बार दूसरे पक्ष के लोगों से शिकायत की थी। आरोप है कि बच्चों को समझाने या रोकने के बजाय उन्हें कथित रूप से बढ़ावा दिया गया। इसी विवाद ने मंगलवार शाम गंभीर रूप ले लिया और मामला हिंसक झड़प तक पहुंच गया।
मोदीनगर थाने पहुंचा पीड़ित परिवार
घटना के बाद घायल और पीड़ित परिवार के सदस्य मोदीनगर थाने पहुंचे और पुलिस को मामले की जानकारी दी। पुलिस ने घायलों को मेडिकल जांच के लिए गोविंदपुरी स्थित स्वास्थ्य केंद्र भेज दिया।
पीड़ित परिवार ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है। पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी हुई है और शिकायत के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
Modinagar Family Attacked Over Children’s Dispute, Four Including Woman Injured
Modinagar: A dispute involving children allegedly turned violent in the Modinagar area of Ghaziabad on Tuesday evening, with a family claiming that they were attacked by a group of people using sticks and iron rods. Four people, including a woman, were reportedly injured in the incident, while some victims sustained serious injuries.
The incident reportedly took place near Mahamaya Chowk in Manki village under the Modinagar police station area.
Man Allegedly Attacked While Going to a Shop
According to the victim’s family, the incident occurred at around 6:30 pm on Tuesday when one of the family members was going to a shop to buy sugar.
The family alleged that several people stopped him on the way and began assaulting him. After receiving information about the incident, other family members rushed to the spot and attempted to intervene.
However, the victims alleged that the attackers also surrounded and assaulted the other family members.
Group of 15 to 20 People Accused of Assault
According to the complaint, around 15 to 20 people allegedly participated in the assault. The attackers were accused of using sticks and iron rods during the incident.
One person reportedly suffered a serious head injury, while another sustained a severe injury to his finger. A woman and other family members were also injured in the alleged attack.
Children’s Dispute Allegedly Triggered Violence
The victim’s family said that the dispute had started over an issue involving children. They alleged that children from the other side had allegedly been involved in fights with their children at school.
The family claimed that they had previously raised complaints with members of the other side regarding the issue. According to the allegations, the children were not stopped or disciplined, and the dispute eventually escalated into violence on Tuesday evening.
Victims Reach Modinagar Police Station
Following the incident, the injured family members reached Modinagar police station and submitted a complaint to the police.
Police reportedly sent the injured victims to a health centre in Govindpuri for medical examination. The family has demanded strict action against those accused of carrying out the attack.
Police are investigating the matter and further action will be taken based on the complaint and findings of the investigation.
