भोजपुर में 52 जोड़ों का सामूहिक विवाह
गाजियाबाद/भोजपुर, 24 अगस्त 2026: मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की प्रेरणा और प्रदेश सरकार की मुख्यमंत्री सामूहिक विवाह योजना के अंतर्गत सोमवार, 24 अगस्त 2026 को विकासखंड भोजपुर में सामूहिक विवाह समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। समारोह में विधायक डॉ. मंजू शिवाच ने पहुंचकर नवविवाहित जोड़ों को सुखद, समृद्ध और मंगलमय दांपत्य जीवन के लिए शुभकामनाएं दीं और आशीर्वाद प्रदान किया।
अलग-अलग वर्गों के 52 जोड़ों का विवाह
समारोह में कुल 52 जोड़ों का विवाह संपन्न कराया गया। इनमें अनुसूचित जाति के 13, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के 14, सामान्य वर्ग के 12 और अल्पसंख्यक वर्ग के 13 जोड़े शामिल रहे।
कार्यक्रम में 39 हिंदू जोड़ों का विवाह हिंदू रीति-रिवाजों के अनुसार मंत्रोच्चार, जयमाला और अन्य वैवाहिक रस्मों के साथ संपन्न कराया गया। वहीं, मुस्लिम समाज के 13 जोड़ों का विवाह उनकी धार्मिक परंपराओं के अनुसार कराया गया।
विधायक डॉ. मंजू शिवाच ने दी नवदंपतियों को शुभकामनाएं
इस अवसर पर विधायक डॉ. मंजू शिवाच ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री सामूहिक विवाह योजना प्रदेश सरकार की महत्वपूर्ण जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं में से एक है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर और जरूरतमंद परिवारों की बेटियों का विवाह सम्मानपूर्वक संपन्न कराना है।
उन्होंने सभी नवविवाहित दंपतियों को नए जीवन की शुरुआत के लिए बधाई देते हुए उनके सुख, शांति, प्रेम और समृद्धि की कामना की।
प्रत्येक जोड़े को मिलती है आर्थिक सहायता और उपहार सामग्री
मुख्यमंत्री सामूहिक विवाह योजना के तहत प्रत्येक विवाह जोड़े को 21 हजार रुपये की उपहार सामग्री प्रदान की जाती है। इसमें वर-वधू के कपड़े, स्टील डिनर सेट, प्रेशर कुकर, ट्रॉली बैग, वैनिटी किट, दीवार घड़ी सहित अन्य घरेलू उपयोग की सामग्री शामिल है।
इसके अतिरिक्त कन्या के बैंक खाते में 64 हजार रुपये की धनराशि भेजी जाती है। इस तरह योजना के माध्यम से जरूरतमंद परिवारों को बेटी के विवाह में आर्थिक सहायता और आवश्यक घरेलू सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई जाती है।
समारोह में मौजूद रहे जनप्रतिनिधि और अधिकारी
सामूहिक विवाह समारोह में बड़ी संख्या में जनप्रतिनिधि, अधिकारी, कर्मचारी, वर-वधू के परिजन और क्षेत्र के लोग मौजूद रहे। विवाह समारोह के दौरान नवविवाहित जोड़ों और उनके परिजनों में खासा उत्साह देखने को मिला।
विधायक डॉ. मंजू शिवाच ने सभी जोड़ों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना करते हुए कहा कि सरकार की ऐसी योजनाएं जरूरतमंद परिवारों को आर्थिक संबल देने के साथ-साथ बेटियों के विवाह को सम्मानजनक तरीके से संपन्न कराने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही हैं।

Mass Marriage Ceremony Held in Bhojpur
Ghaziabad/Bhojpur, August 24, 2026: A mass marriage ceremony was organised at the Bhojpur development block on Monday, August 24, 2026, under the Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Yojana (Chief Minister Mass Marriage Scheme) of the Uttar Pradesh government.
MLA Dr. Manju Shivach attended the ceremony and blessed the newly married couples, extending her best wishes for a happy, prosperous and peaceful married life.
52 Couples Tied the Knot
A total of 52 couples got married during the ceremony. The participating couples included 13 from the Scheduled Caste category, 14 from the Other Backward Classes, 12 from the general category and 13 from the minority community.
Of the total marriages, 39 Hindu couples were married according to Hindu customs, including traditional rituals, chanting of mantras and exchange of garlands. The 13 Muslim couples completed their marriages according to their respective religious traditions.
MLA Dr. Manju Shivach Congratulates Newlyweds
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Dr. Manju Shivach said the Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Yojana is one of the important welfare schemes of the Uttar Pradesh government.
She said the scheme aims to ensure that daughters from economically weaker and needy families can get married with dignity and without placing an excessive financial burden on their families.
The MLA congratulated all the newly married couples and wished them happiness, peace, love and prosperity as they begin their new lives together.
Financial Assistance and Gift Items Provided
Under the scheme, each married couple is provided gift items worth ₹21,000. The assistance includes clothes for the bride and groom, a steel dinner set, pressure cooker, trolley bag, vanity kit, wall clock and other household-use items.
In addition, ₹64,000 is transferred to the bride’s bank account as financial assistance under the scheme.
Officials and Families Attend Ceremony
A large number of public representatives, government officials, employees, family members of the couples and local residents attended the ceremony.
The event witnessed an atmosphere of enthusiasm among the newlyweds and their families. Dr. Manju Shivach wished all the couples a bright and prosperous future and said welfare schemes such as this provide financial support to needy families while helping daughters get married in a dignified manner.
