जियाबाद: भोजपुर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव ईसापुर में खेत से निकलने को लेकर हुए विवाद ने हिंसक रूप ले लिया। खेत में कृषि कार्य कर रहे एक किसान पर कथित तौर पर फावड़े और डंडों से हमला कर दिया गया, जिससे वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। घटना के बाद पीड़ित ने भोजपुर थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराते हुए आरोपियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
खेत से गुजरने को लेकर हुआ विवाद
पीड़ित किसान के अनुसार वह अपने खेत में कृषि कार्य कर रहा था। इसी दौरान गांव के ही दो व्यक्ति उसके खेत के बीच से निकलने लगे। किसान ने उन्हें रोकते हुए कहा कि खेत में फसल खड़ी है और बीच से गुजरने से फसल को नुकसान होगा।
आरोप है कि किसान की बात सुनकर दोनों व्यक्ति नाराज हो गए और कहने लगे कि वे इसी रास्ते से गुजरेंगे। जब किसान ने दोबारा विरोध किया तो विवाद बढ़ गया।
फावड़े और डंडों से किया हमला
पीड़ित का आरोप है कि दोनों आरोपियों ने पहले गाली-गलौज की और फिर फावड़े तथा डंडों से हमला कर दिया। हमले में किसान के शरीर पर कई गंभीर चोटें आईं।
शोर-शराबा सुनकर आसपास के ग्रामीण मौके पर पहुंचे। ग्रामीणों को आता देख आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गए।
घायल किसान का कराया गया मेडिकल
घटना के बाद घायल किसान सीधे भोजपुर थाने पहुंचा और पुलिस को पूरे मामले की जानकारी दी। पुलिस ने घायल को चिकित्सीय परीक्षण के लिए सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (सीएचसी) गोविंदपुरी भेजा, जहां उसका मेडिकल कराया गया।
अब पुलिस मेडिकल रिपोर्ट और अन्य साक्ष्यों के आधार पर आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई कर रही है।
पुलिस ने क्या कहा?
भोजपुर थाना पुलिस के अनुसार पीड़ित की तहरीर प्राप्त हो गई है। मामले की जांच की जा रही है। मेडिकल रिपोर्ट और जांच में सामने आने वाले तथ्यों के आधार पर आगे की विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
गांव में बना तनाव का माहौल
घटना के बाद गांव ईसापुर में तनाव का माहौल बना हुआ है। पुलिस दोनों पक्षों से पूछताछ कर रही है और निष्पक्ष जांच का आश्वासन दिया है।
Farmer Attacked with Spade and Sticks After Objecting to People Crossing His Field in Ghaziabad
Ghaziabad: A dispute over crossing through an agricultural field turned violent in Isapur village under the Bhojpur Police Station area of Ghaziabad district. A farmer was allegedly attacked with a spade and sticks, leaving him seriously injured. Police have registered the complaint and initiated an investigation.
Dispute Started Over Crossing Through the Field
According to the injured farmer, he was working in his agricultural field when two villagers attempted to walk through the middle of his crop. He requested them not to pass through the field, stating that standing crops could be damaged.
The farmer alleged that the two men became angry and insisted on using the same route despite his objection.
Farmer Allegedly Assaulted with Spade and Sticks
The victim alleged that the accused first abused him verbally and later attacked him with a spade and wooden sticks, causing multiple injuries.
Local residents rushed to the spot after hearing his cries. Seeing villagers gathering, the accused reportedly fled the scene.
Medical Examination Conducted
After the incident, the injured farmer approached Bhojpur Police Station and lodged a complaint. Police referred him to Community Health Centre (CHC), Govindpuri, where his medical examination was conducted.
The medical report will be considered during the ongoing investigation.
Police Investigation Underway
Bhojpur Police stated that a written complaint has been received and the matter is under investigation. Appropriate legal action will be taken based on the medical examination report and evidence collected during the inquiry.
