India Monsoon Update : दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून ने आखिरकार केरल में दस्तक दे दी है। इस बार मानसून सामान्य तारीख से लगभग तीन दिन देरी से पहुंचा है। भारतीय मौसम विभाग (IMD) के अनुसार इसके प्रभाव से केरल, तमिलनाडु और कर्नाटक के कई हिस्सों में अगले सात दिनों तक भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है। मौसम विभाग ने देश के 24 राज्यों में बारिश, आंधी और तेज हवाओं को लेकर अलर्ट जारी किया है।
13 साल में 7वीं बार देरी से पहुंचा मानसून
मौसम विभाग के आंकड़ों के अनुसार पिछले 13 वर्षों में यह सातवीं बार है जब मानसून निर्धारित समय से देरी से केरल पहुंचा है। सामान्य रूप से मानसून 1 जून को केरल पहुंचता है और लगभग डेढ़ महीने में पूरे देश को कवर कर लेता है। हालांकि विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि शुरुआती देरी का पूरे सीजन की बारिश पर जरूरी नहीं कि बड़ा असर पड़े।
अगले 7 दिनों तक भारी बारिश और तेज हवाओं की संभावना
IMD के मुताबिक अगले कुछ दिनों में मानसून गोवा, महाराष्ट्र, आंध्र प्रदेश, कर्नाटक और पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों की ओर तेजी से बढ़ सकता है। केरल के कई जिलों में ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है, जहां 11 से 20 सेंटीमीटर तक भारी बारिश दर्ज की जा सकती है। वहीं राजस्थान, हिमाचल प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, ओडिशा और तेलंगाना समेत कई राज्यों में तेज हवाएं, गरज-चमक और बारिश की संभावना जताई गई है।
राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश और उत्तर भारत में प्री-मानसून एक्टिविटी
राजस्थान के कई जिलों में आंधी-बारिश और ओलावृष्टि को लेकर ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। मध्य प्रदेश के 39 जिलों में प्री-मानसून गतिविधियां तेज हो गई हैं और कुछ क्षेत्रों में ओले गिरने की संभावना है। उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, झारखंड, हरियाणा और पंजाब में भी बारिश और तेज हवाओं का असर देखने को मिल सकता है। दिल्ली में अगले दो दिनों के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।
गर्मी अभी भी बरकरार, कई राज्यों में 40 डिग्री के पार तापमान
मानसून की एंट्री के बावजूद देश के कई हिस्सों में गर्मी का असर जारी है। गुजरात, पश्चिमी राजस्थान, उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, महाराष्ट्र और तमिलनाडु के कई इलाकों में तापमान 40 डिग्री सेल्सियस से ऊपर बना हुआ है। मौसम विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि बारिश की गतिविधियां बढ़ने के साथ आने वाले दिनों में तापमान में धीरे-धीरे गिरावट दर्ज की जा सकती है।
मौसम विभाग की चेतावनी, सतर्क रहने की सलाह
IMD ने लोगों से खराब मौसम के दौरान सावधानी बरतने की अपील की है। विशेष रूप से आंधी, बिजली गिरने और भारी बारिश वाले क्षेत्रों में लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर रहने की सलाह दी गई है। प्रशासन और आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग भी संभावित मौसमीय चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए अलर्ट मोड पर हैं।

Monsoon Arrives Late for the 7th Time in 13 Years
According to IMD data, this is the seventh time in the last 13 years that the monsoon has reached Kerala later than usual. Normally, the monsoon arrives in Kerala on June 1 and covers the entire country within about one and a half months. However, experts believe that a delayed onset does not necessarily affect the overall seasonal rainfall significantly.
Heavy Rainfall and Strong Winds Expected Over the Next Week
IMD has forecast that the monsoon may advance rapidly toward Goa, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and the northeastern states in the coming days. Several districts in Kerala have been placed under an Orange Alert, where rainfall between 11 cm and 20 cm is expected. States including Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Odisha, and Telangana may also experience strong winds, thunderstorms, and rainfall.
Pre-Monsoon Activity Intensifies Across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Northern India
Several districts of Rajasthan are under an Orange Alert for thunderstorms, rain, and hailstorms. Pre-monsoon activity has intensified in 39 districts of Madhya Pradesh, with the possibility of hail in some areas. Rain and gusty winds are also expected in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Haryana, and Punjab. Delhi has been placed under a Yellow Alert for the next two days.
Heat Persists as Temperatures Remain Above 40°C in Many Regions
Despite the arrival of the monsoon, hot weather conditions continue across several parts of the country. Temperatures remain above 40°C in many areas of Gujarat, western Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu. Weather experts suggest that temperatures may gradually decrease as rainfall activity becomes more widespread in the coming days.
IMD Advises Public to Remain Alert
The India Meteorological Department has urged people to take precautions during adverse weather conditions. Residents in areas likely to experience thunderstorms, lightning, and heavy rainfall have been advised to stay indoors and follow safety guidelines. Local administrations and disaster management authorities have also been placed on alert to handle any weather-related emergencies.
