Ghaziabad Police Action : गाजियाबाद पुलिस कमिश्नरेट में पुलिस कमिश्नर जे रविंदर गौड ने भ्रष्टाचार और ड्यूटी में लापरवाही को लेकर बड़ा प्रशासनिक एक्शन लिया है। अलग-अलग मामलों में दरोगा, हेड कांस्टेबल और सिपाहियों समेत कुल 10 पुलिसकर्मियों को सस्पेंड कर दिया गया। इस कार्रवाई के बाद पुलिस विभाग में हड़कंप मच गया है। पुलिस कमिश्नर ने साफ कहा है कि भ्रष्टाचार, जनसुनवाई में लापरवाही और कानून व्यवस्था में ढिलाई किसी भी कीमत पर बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
अवैध वसूली और फर्जी मेडिकल मामले में पुलिसकर्मी सस्पेंड
पुलिस लाइन ऑफिस में तैनात हेड कांस्टेबल राजीव कुमार और एसआई हरेंद्र सिंह को अवैध वसूली और विभागीय अनियमितताओं के आरोप में निलंबित किया गया है। जांच में सामने आया कि हेड कांस्टेबल राजीव कुमार पुलिसकर्मियों से अवैध वसूली करता था और फर्जी मेडिकल लगवाकर ड्यूटी में राहत दिलाने का काम भी करता था। अधिकारियों के मुताबिक लंबे समय से सांठगांठ के जरिए कार्यालयों में पोस्टिंग हासिल की जा रही थी। मामले की विभागीय जांच जारी है।
चेन स्नैचिंग और जनसुनवाई में लापरवाही
सिहानीगेट थाना क्षेत्र में हुई चेन स्नैचिंग की घटनाओं में लापरवाही पाए जाने पर चौकी इंचार्ज कमलदेव सिंह, दरोगा मनीष वर्मा, हेड कांस्टेबल अजय कुमार और सिपाही रोहित कुमार को सस्पेंड कर दिया गया। वहीं कविनगर और विजयनगर थाना क्षेत्र में भी ड्यूटी में लापरवाही, कोर्ट के आदेशों की अनदेखी और जनसुनवाई में उदासीनता के आरोप में कई पुलिसकर्मियों पर कार्रवाई हुई। पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि जांच के बाद दोषी पाए जाने वालों पर आगे भी सख्त कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।

Head Constable Rajeev Kumar and SI Harendra Singh, posted at the Police Line Office, have been suspended over allegations of illegal extortion and departmental irregularities. Investigation revealed that Rajeev Kumar was allegedly collecting illegal money from policemen and helping them obtain fake medical certificates to avoid duty. Officials said he had been securing office postings for a long time through internal connections. A departmental inquiry is currently underway.
Action Taken Over Negligence in Chain Snatching Cases and Public Hearings
In the chain snatching incidents reported in the Sihani Gate police station area, outpost in-charge Kamaldev Singh, SI Manish Verma, Head Constable Ajay Kumar, and Constable Rohit Kumar were suspended for negligence. Similarly, several policemen in Kavi Nagar and Vijay Nagar police station areas also faced action over negligence in duty, ignoring court orders, and carelessness in public grievance hearings. Police officials stated that strict action will continue against anyone found guilty after investigation.
