Modinagar crime news : मोदीनगर के निवाड़ी थाना क्षेत्र में रहने वाली आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता संगीता त्यागी ने कुछ युवकों पर पैसे ऐंठने, धमकी देने और बेटे के साथ मारपीट करने का गंभीर आरोप लगाया है। पीड़िता का कहना है कि डेढ़ साल पहले गांवतलहटी स्थित उनकी जमीन हाईवे निर्माण में चली गई थी। इसके बाद से कुछ युवक उनके बेटे के पीछे पड़ गए और उसे अपने गिरोह में शामिल करने का दबाव बनाने लगे।
डेढ़ लाख रुपये ऐंठने और लगातार धमकी देने का आरोप
महिला के अनुसार, आरोपी प्रियांशु, गोलू उर्फ अक्षय और राजपाल सागर नाम के युवक उनके बेटे को लगातार धमका रहे थे। पीड़िता का दावा है कि अब तक आरोपी उनके बेटे से करीब डेढ़ लाख रुपये ऐंठ चुके हैं। जब परिवार उनकी मांग पूरी नहीं कर पाया, तो आरोपियों ने जान से मारने की धमकियां देना शुरू कर दिया।
जंगल में ले जाकर बेटे की पिटाई, पुलिस से कार्रवाई की मांग
पीड़िता ने बताया कि जब उनका बेटा घर से जूस लेने निकला, तब आरोपियों ने उसे जंगल में ले जाकर लाठी-डंडों से पीटा और जान से मारने की धमकी दी। संगीता त्यागी विधवा हैं और अपने बेटे के साथ अकेले रहती हैं। उन्होंने इस मामले की शिकायत निवाड़ी थाने, पुलिस कमिश्नर और तहसील प्रशासन से की है। पुलिस ने आरोपियों की तलाश में दबिश शुरू कर दी है। महिला ने प्रशासन से सुरक्षा और आरोपियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

Modinagar crime news : An Anganwadi worker, Sangeeta Tyagi, residing in the Niwari police station area of Modinagar, has accused a group of youths of extortion, threats, and assaulting her son. According to the victim, her land in Talhati village was acquired for highway construction around one and a half years ago. Since then, some youths allegedly started targeting her son and pressuring him to join their gang.
Allegation of Extorting ₹1.5 Lakh and Repeated Threats
The woman alleged that the accused — Priyanshu, Golu alias Akshay, and Rajpal Sagar — had been continuously threatening her son. She claimed that the gang had already extorted around ₹1.5 lakh from him. When the family failed to meet further demands, the accused allegedly started issuing death threats.
Son Taken to Forest and Assaulted, Demand for Strict Action
According to Sangeeta Tyagi, when her son stepped out to buy juice, the accused allegedly took him to a nearby forest area and beat him with sticks. They also threatened to kill him. Sangeeta Tyagi is a widow and lives alone with her son. She has filed complaints with the Niwari police station, the Police Commissioner, and the tehsil administration. Police have started raids to trace the accused. The victim has demanded security and strict action against the gang.
