National Lok Adalat : गाजियाबाद जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के निर्देश पर मोदीनगर तहसील से विशेष ‘न्याय रथ’ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया गया। यह रथ 9 मई 2026 को होने वाली राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए निकाला गया है, जिसका उद्देश्य आम जनता को सस्ता और सुलभ न्याय दिलाना है। इस अवसर पर उपजिलाधिकारी अजीत कुमार सिंह, तहसीलदार रजत सिंह, नायब तहसीलदार मुकेश शर्मा, पैनल अधिवक्ता संजय मुदगल और संगीता सहित कई अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। यह कार्यक्रम जिला जज विनोद कुमार रावत और जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में आयोजित किया गया।
गांव-गांव पहुंचेगा न्याय रथ, लोगों को करेगा जागरूक
‘न्याय रथ’ शहर के मुख्य मार्गों और आसपास के गांवों में जाकर लोगों को राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत के बारे में जागरूक करेगा। इसमें बताया जाएगा कि लोक अदालत के जरिए मामलों का आपसी सहमति से निस्तारण कर सस्ता और त्वरित न्याय प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
लोक अदालत में मिलता है सस्ता और त्वरित न्याय
राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में आपसी समझौते से मामलों का निपटारा किया जाता है। इससे न केवल समय की बचत होती है, बल्कि न्यायालय शुल्क भी वापस मिल जाता है, जिससे आम लोगों को आर्थिक राहत मिलती है।

National Lok Adalat : Under the directions of the Ghaziabad District Legal Services Authority, a special “Nyaya Rath” (Justice Van) was flagged off from Modinagar tehsil. The vehicle has been launched to promote the National Lok Adalat scheduled for May 9, 2026, with the aim of providing affordable and accessible justice to the general public.
On this occasion, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Ajit Kumar Singh, Tehsildar Rajat Singh, Naib Tehsildar Mukesh Sharma, panel advocates Sanjay Mudgal and Sangeeta, along with several other officials, were present. The program was organized under the guidance of District Judge Vinod Kumar Rawat and officials of the District Legal Services Authority.
Nyaya Rath to Reach Villages, Raise Awareness
The Nyaya Rath will travel through major city routes and nearby villages to spread awareness about the National Lok Adalat. People will be informed that disputes can be resolved through mutual settlement in Lok Adalat, ensuring quick and cost-effective justice.
