गाजियाबाद जिले के मोदीनगर थाना क्षेत्र में स्थित गोविंदपुरी चौकी के अंतर्गत आने वाले सेंट टेरेसा एकेडमी स्कूल में धर्म परिवर्तन के प्रयास का गंभीर आरोप सामने आया है। एक महिला ने स्कूल प्रबंधन पर यह आरोप लगाया है, जिसके बाद इलाके में तनाव की स्थिति बन गई।
मामले के सामने आने के बाद हिंदू संगठन के कार्यकर्ता बड़ी संख्या में स्कूल के बाहर इकट्ठा हो गए और उन्होंने स्कूल के गेट पर ‘जय श्री राम’ लिखते हुए विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। इस दौरान जमकर हंगामा हुआ।
स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए मौके पर भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया। पुलिस अधिकारियों ने हालात को संभालते हुए जांच शुरू कर दी है।
वहीं, स्कूल की प्रधानाचार्य ने सभी आरोपों को सिरे से खारिज करते हुए कहा कि स्कूल में किसी भी प्रकार की धार्मिक गतिविधि या धर्म परिवर्तन से जुड़ी कोई घटना नहीं हुई है।
पुलिस का कहना है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच की जा रही है और सच्चाई सामने आने के बाद ही आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

A controversy has erupted in the Modinagar area of Ghaziabad district after allegations of an attempted religious conversion surfaced at St. Teresa Academy, located under the Govindpuri police outpost.
A woman has accused the school management of attempting religious conversion, triggering tensions in the locality.
Following the allegations, members of Hindu organizations gathered outside the school and staged a protest. They wrote “Jai Shri Ram” on the school gate and raised slogans, leading to a chaotic situation.
Heavy police force was deployed at the spot to maintain law and order. Authorities have initiated an investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile, the school principal has strongly denied all allegations, stating that no such activity has taken place within the institution.
Police officials have assured that a fair investigation is underway and appropriate action will be taken based on the findings.
