Karisma Kapoor Children Relief : दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने संजय कपूर की संपत्तियों को सुरक्षित रखने का आदेश दिया है। कोर्ट ने साफ कहा कि संपत्ति को बेचा या ट्रांसफर नहीं किया जा सकता। यह विवाद संजय कपूर की तीसरी पत्नी प्रिया सचदेव कपूर और उनके बच्चों कियान व समायरा कपूर के बीच चल रहा है। बच्चों ने वसीयत में फर्जीवाड़े और संपत्ति छिपाने के आरोप लगाए हैं।
30,000 करोड़ की संपत्ति पर विवाद
संजय कपूर की कुल संपत्ति लगभग 30,000 करोड़ रुपये बताई जा रही है। इसमें लग्जरी आइटम, अचल संपत्तियां और महंगी पेंटिंग्स शामिल हैं, जिन्हें लेकर विवाद गहराया हुआ है। कोर्ट ने अंतरिम आदेश जारी करते हुए प्रिया कपूर को संपत्ति बेचने से रोका है और बैंक खातों के संचालन पर भी प्रतिबंध लगाया है।

Karisma Kapoor Children Relief : The Delhi High Court has ordered that the assets of Sunjay Kapur be preserved. The court clearly stated that the properties cannot be sold or transferred. This dispute is between Sunjay Kapur’s third wife, Priya Sachdev Kapur, and his children, Kiaan and Samaira Kapoor, from his earlier marriage with Karisma Kapoor. The children have accused Priya Kapur of forging the will and concealing assets.
Dispute Over ₹30,000 Crore Assets
Sunjay Kapur’s total wealth is estimated to be around ₹30,000 crore. It includes luxury items, immovable properties, and expensive paintings, which have become the center of the dispute. The court has issued an interim order restraining Priya Kapur from selling any assets and has also restricted the operation of related bank accounts.
