Nida Khan Case: Tata Consultancy Services के नासिक यूनिट से जुड़े कथित कन्वर्जन और उत्पीड़न मामले में नए खुलासे सामने आए हैं। आरोपी Nida Khan पर पीड़िता को धर्म परिवर्तन के लिए दबाव डालने और डराने-धमकाने के आरोप लगे हैं।
बुर्का और धार्मिक सामग्री से प्रभावित करने का आरोप
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, आरोपी ने पीड़िता को बुर्का और इस्लामिक धार्मिक किताबें दीं। पुलिस ने ये सामान बरामद कर लिया है। साथ ही पीड़िता के मोबाइल में इस्लामिक ऐप्स इंस्टॉल कर और सोशल मीडिया लिंक भेजकर उसे प्रभावित करने की कोशिश की गई। आरोप है कि पीड़िता को “हनिया” नाम रखने के लिए मजबूर किया गया और उसके शैक्षणिक दस्तावेज भी अपने कब्जे में ले लिए गए। जांच में यह भी सामने आया कि मालेगांव के कुछ लोगों से संपर्क किया गया था।
मलेशिया भेजने की साजिश
सूत्रों के अनुसार, पीड़िता को नौकरी के बहाने मलेशिया भेजने की योजना बनाई गई थी, जहां “इमरान” नाम के व्यक्ति के लिए काम करवाने की बात कही गई थी।
अन्य आरोप और कानूनी कार्रवाई
पीड़िता अनुसूचित जाति से होने के कारण SC/ST एक्ट के तहत भी मामला दर्ज किया गया है। आरोपी के भाई पर शादी का झांसा देकर शोषण करने का आरोप है। एक अन्य आरोपी पर छेड़छाड़ और धमकी देने के आरोप लगाए गए हैं।
अब तक 8 अलग-अलग केस दर्ज किए गए हैं और कई आरोपी गिरफ्तार हैं, जबकि निदा खान फरार है। पुलिस डिजिटल सबूत जुटाने के लिए उसके मोबाइल की तलाश कर रही है।

Nida Khan Case: Fresh revelations have emerged in the alleged conversion and harassment case linked to the Nashik unit of Tata Consultancy Services. The accused, Nida Khan, has been charged with pressuring and intimidating the survivor to change her religion.
Allegations of Influence Using Burqa and Religious Material
According to sources, the accused allegedly gave a burqa and Islamic religious books to the survivor. Police have seized these items. It is also alleged that Islamic apps were installed on the survivor’s mobile phone and religious content links were shared via social media to influence her. The survivor was reportedly pressured to change her name to “Haniya,” and her educational documents were allegedly taken away. Investigations also revealed contact with individuals in Malegaon in connection with the case.

Sources claim that there was a plan to send the survivor to Malaysia under the pretext of a job opportunity, where she would be made to work for a person named “Imran.”
Other Allegations and Legal Action
Since the survivor belongs to a Scheduled Caste, provisions under the SC/ST Act have also been invoked. The accused’s brother faces charges of sexual exploitation under the false promise of marriage, while another accused has been charged with molestation and intimidation. So far, eight separate cases have been registered. Several accused have been arrested, while Nida Khan remains absconding. Police are trying to recover her mobile phone to gather digital evidence.
The TCS conversion case has raised serious concerns regarding corporate safety, women’s security, and religious freedom. The investigation is ongoing.
