
गोवा। दिग्गज अभिनेता नाना पाटेकर का 75 वर्ष की उम्र में निधन हो गया। अभिनेता को गुरुवार तड़के गोवा स्थित उनके घर पर अचानक तबीयत बिगड़ने के बाद अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों की तमाम कोशिशों के बावजूद उन्हें बचाया नहीं जा सका। डॉक्टरों के मुताबिक, नाना पाटेकर को कार्डियक अरेस्ट आया था।
नाना पाटेकर के निधन से पहले के आखिरी कुछ घंटों की जानकारी मणिपाल अस्पताल के डॉक्टर शेखर सालकर ने साझा की। डॉक्टर के अनुसार, रात करीब 2:30 बजे नाना पाटेकर ने अपने एक दोस्त को मैसेज कर बताया था कि उनकी तबीयत ठीक नहीं लग रही है। हालांकि रात काफी देर होने के कारण दोस्त उस मैसेज को तुरंत नहीं देख सके।
रात 4 बजे दोस्त पहुंचा घर
डॉ. शेखर सालकर के मुताबिक, मैसेज देखने के बाद नाना पाटेकर के दोस्त ने उन्हें फोन किया और करीब सुबह 4 बजे उनके घर पहुंचे। उस समय नाना पाटेकर काफी पसीना बहा रहे थे और धीरे-धीरे बेहोश हो रहे थे।
इसके बाद उनके केयरटेकर को मणिपाल अस्पताल भेजा गया, जहां से एंबुलेंस और इमरजेंसी मेडिकल टीम को उनके घर रवाना किया गया। घर पहुंचने पर नाना पाटेकर की हालत बेहद गंभीर थी और वह अनुत्तरदायी थे। मेडिकल टीम ने तत्काल CPR और कार्डियक मसाज शुरू किया।
करीब 45 मिनट तक डॉक्टरों ने बचाने की कोशिश की
नाना पाटेकर को करीब सुबह 4:20 से 4:30 बजे के बीच मणिपाल अस्पताल लाया गया। अस्पताल में भी उन्हें बचाने के लिए करीब 45 मिनट तक CPR और कार्डियक मसाज जारी रखा गया, लेकिन उनकी हालत में सुधार नहीं हुआ।
डॉ. सालकर के अनुसार, नाना पाटेकर को अस्पताल लाए जाने के समय ही मृत अवस्था में लाया गया था। उन्हें करीब सुबह 5:20 से 5:30 बजे के बीच मृत घोषित किया गया।
पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा गया शव
अस्पताल के अनुसार, नाना पाटेकर अस्पताल के रजिस्टर्ड मरीज नहीं थे, इसलिए मामले को मेडिको-लीगल केस के तौर पर दर्ज किया गया। उनके शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए गोवा मेडिकल कॉलेज भेजा गया है। पोस्टमार्टम के बाद ही मौत की परिस्थितियों को लेकर आगे की प्रक्रिया पूरी की जाएगी।
नाना पाटेकर हिंदी और मराठी सिनेमा के सबसे चर्चित अभिनेताओं में शामिल रहे। ‘परिंदा’, ‘प्रहार’, ‘क्रांतिवीर’, ‘तिरंगा’, ‘खामोशी’, ‘अब तक छप्पन’ जैसी फिल्मों में उनके दमदार अभिनय ने उन्हें अलग पहचान दिलाई। उन्होंने थिएटर, अभिनय, निर्देशन और लेखन के क्षेत्र में भी उल्लेखनीय योगदान दिया।
Nana Patekar Texted Friend at 2:30 AM Before Death, Doctor Reveals Final Hours
Goa: Veteran actor Nana Patekar died at the age of 75 on Thursday after suffering a cardiac arrest at his residence in Goa. Doctors attempted to revive the actor for around 45 minutes, but he could not be saved.
Details of Nana Patekar’s final hours were shared by Dr Shekhar Salkar of Manipal Hospital. According to the doctor, the actor had texted a friend at around 2:30 am, saying that he was not feeling well.
However, as it was late at night, the friend did not see the message immediately. He later called Nana Patekar and reached his residence at around 4 am.
Nana Patekar Was Sweating and Losing Consciousness
Dr Salkar said that when the friend reached Nana Patekar’s residence, the actor was sweating heavily and was gradually losing consciousness. His condition had deteriorated significantly by then.
The actor’s caretaker was sent to Manipal Hospital to bring an ambulance. An emergency medical team was subsequently dispatched to his residence.
When the team arrived, Nana Patekar was unresponsive. Doctors immediately began CPR and cardiac massage in an attempt to revive him.
Doctors Tried to Revive Nana Patekar for Around 45 Minutes
Nana Patekar was shifted to Manipal Hospital at around 4:20–4:30 am. Doctors continued resuscitation efforts after he reached the hospital.
According to Dr Salkar, cardiac massage and CPR were performed for around 45 minutes to an hour, but the actor did not respond to the treatment.
Nana Patekar was declared dead at around 5:20–5:30 am. Doctors said he was brought to the hospital in an unresponsive state and could not be revived.
Nana Patekar’s Body Sent for Post-Mortem
As Nana Patekar was not a registered patient at the hospital, the death was treated as a medico-legal case. His body was subsequently sent to Goa Medical College for a post-mortem examination.
Nana Patekar was one of the most respected actors in Hindi and Marathi cinema. He was known for powerful performances in films including Parinda, Prahaar, Krantiveer, Tiranga, Khamoshi and Ab Tak Chhappan. He also worked as a writer and director and remained active in Indian cinema until his final years.
