Ghaziabad News: गाजियाबाद के मोहन नगर स्थित गरम धरम ढाबे में खाने की एक डिश में कथित तौर पर मरा हुआ कॉकरोच मिलने के बाद खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने जांच की। शिकायत से जुड़ा वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर सामने आने के बाद अधिकारियों ने ढाबे की रसोई का निरीक्षण किया। जांच के दौरान किचन में गंदगी, खराब डीप फ्रीजर और उसमें कीड़े मिलने की जानकारी सामने आई।
कढ़ाही पनीर में मिला मरा हुआ कॉकरोच
जानकारी के मुताबिक, सोमवार रात एक परिवार जन्मदिन मनाने के लिए मोहन नगर स्थित गरम धरम ढाबे पहुंचा था। इसी दौरान परोसी गई कढ़ाही पनीर की डिश में मरा हुआ कॉकरोच मिलने की शिकायत सामने आई। शिकायतकर्ता ने घटना का फोटो और वीडियो बनाया, जिसके बाद मामला सोशल मीडिया पर सामने आया।
परिवार की ओर से ढाबे के स्टाफ से शिकायत की गई। इसके बाद मामले की जानकारी प्रशासन और खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग तक पहुंची।
वीडियो सामने आने के बाद खाद्य विभाग ने की जांच
शिकायत और वीडियो सामने आने के बाद खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की टीम ने बुधवार को गरम धरम ढाबे की रसोई का निरीक्षण किया। टीम में एडीएम सिटी विकास कश्यप समेत खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग के अधिकारी शामिल थे।
अधिकारियों के निरीक्षण में रसोई की साफ-सफाई को लेकर कई कमियां मिलीं। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, किचन में काफी गंदगी थी और दीवारों पर भी कॉकरोच/कीड़े दिखाई दिए।
खराब डीप फ्रीजर में मिले कीड़े
जांच के दौरान खाद्य सामग्री रखने वाला डीप फ्रीजर नीचे से क्षतिग्रस्त पाया गया। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, उसके अंदर छोटे कीड़े भी मौजूद थे। रसोई में खाद्य सामग्री रखने और साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था को लेकर भी कमियां सामने आईं।
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि ढाबे का बाहरी हिस्सा अपेक्षाकृत साफ था, लेकिन किचन की स्थिति में सुधार की जरूरत पाई गई।
चार खाद्य पदार्थों के सैंपल लिए गए
खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने जांच के दौरान चार खाद्य पदार्थों के नमूने लिए। इनमें:
- पनीर
- मस्टर्ड ऑयल
- पानी
- सॉस/कैचअप
शामिल बताए गए हैं। इन सैंपलों को प्रयोगशाला जांच के लिए भेजे जाने की जानकारी सामने आई है। आगे की कार्रवाई जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर की जाएगी।
गरम धरम ढाबे की रसोई बंद रखने के निर्देश
निरीक्षण के बाद ढाबा संचालक को नोटिस जारी किया गया और रसोई का संचालन फिलहाल बंद रखने के निर्देश दिए गए। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, निरीक्षण में मिली कमियों को दूर करने और आवश्यक food safety standards पूरे करने के बाद ही रसोई दोबारा संचालित की जा सकेगी।
अब सैंपल रिपोर्ट का इंतजार
फिलहाल मामले में खाद्य पदार्थों के सैंपल की प्रयोगशाला रिपोर्ट का इंतजार है। रिपोर्ट आने के बाद यह स्पष्ट होगा कि जांच के लिए लिए गए खाद्य पदार्थ निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप हैं या नहीं। इसके आधार पर खाद्य विभाग की ओर से आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

According to reports, a family visited the Garam Dharam Dhaba in Mohan Nagar for a birthday celebration on Monday night. During the meal, the family allegedly found a dead cockroach in a serving of Kadhai Paneer.
The incident was recorded through photographs and video, which later surfaced on social media. The complaint was subsequently brought to the attention of the district administration and the Food Safety Department.
Food Safety Department Inspects Garam Dharam Dhaba
Following the complaint, a team from the Food Safety Department inspected the Garam Dharam Dhaba kitchen on Wednesday. The inspection team included ADM City Vikas Kashyap and officials from the food safety department.
Officials reportedly found considerable dirt and hygiene-related shortcomings inside the kitchen. Reports also stated that insects or cockroaches were seen on parts of the kitchen premises.
Damaged Deep Freezer Found With Insects
During the inspection, the deep freezer used for storing supplies was reportedly found to be damaged at the bottom. Officials said small insects were found inside the damaged freezer.
The inspection also raised concerns about the cleanliness and storage arrangements inside the kitchen.
Four Food Samples Collected
The Food Safety Department collected four samples from the premises for laboratory testing. The samples reportedly included:
- Paneer
- Mustard oil
- Water
- Sauce/Ketchup
The samples are being sent for testing, and further action will depend on the laboratory findings.
Garam Dharam Dhaba Kitchen Ordered To Remain Closed
Following the inspection, the dhaba operator was issued a notice, and the kitchen was ordered to remain closed for the time being.
Officials said the kitchen can resume operations only after the shortcomings identified during the inspection are addressed and the required food safety standards are met.

The next stage of the case will depend on the laboratory reports of the food samples collected during the inspection. The reports will help determine whether the sampled food products meet the required standards.
