मोदीनगर। हनुमानपुरी क्षेत्र में करीब 50 वर्षों से इस्तेमाल किए जा रहे रास्ते को बंद किए जाने के आरोप को लेकर शनिवार को कई महिलाएं तहसील दिवस पर मोदीनगर तहसील पहुंचीं। महिलाओं ने नायब तहसीलदार प्रियंका के सामने अपनी शिकायत रखते हुए आरोप लगाया कि स्थानीय लोगों के आवागमन के पुराने रास्ते को एक कॉलोनाइजर द्वारा बंद करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। महिलाओं ने रास्ते पर निर्माण किए जाने का भी आरोप लगाया और प्रशासन से मामले की जांच कराने की मांग की।
50 साल से रास्ते के इस्तेमाल का दावा
हनुमानपुरी की महिलाओं का कहना है कि जिस रास्ते को बंद करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है, उसका इस्तेमाल स्थानीय लोग करीब 50 वर्षों से आवागमन के लिए करते आ रहे हैं। उनके अनुसार यह रास्ता क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए आने-जाने का प्रमुख मार्ग है।
महिलाओं ने बताया कि रास्ते के बीच में रेलवे लाइन पड़ती है। रेलवे लाइन को पार कर स्थानीय लोग इसी मार्ग से एक-दूसरे की ओर आवागमन करते हैं। उनका कहना है कि यदि रास्ता बंद कर दिया गया तो स्थानीय निवासियों को आने-जाने में काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।
रेलवे लाइन के नीचे अंडरपास की मांग
स्थानीय महिलाओं के मुताबिक रेलवे लाइन के नीचे अंडरपास बनाए जाने की मांग भी लंबे समय से की जा रही है। इस संबंध में कई बार रेलवे अधिकारियों को प्रार्थना पत्र दिए जाने का दावा किया गया है, लेकिन अभी तक समस्या का स्थायी समाधान नहीं हो सका है।
महिलाओं का कहना है कि जब तक अंडरपास की व्यवस्था नहीं होती, तब तक मौजूदा रास्ते का बंद होना क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए परेशानी बढ़ा सकता है।
GDA में भी की जा चुकी है शिकायत
महिलाओं ने बताया कि रास्ता बंद किए जाने और निर्माण से संबंधित शिकायत गाजियाबाद विकास प्राधिकरण (GDA) में भी की जा चुकी है। इससे पहले भी महिलाएं तहसील दिवस में पहुंचकर अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज करा चुकी हैं।
शनिवार को दोबारा तहसील पहुंची महिलाओं ने प्रशासन से रास्ते को बंद होने से बचाने और मौके की स्थिति की जांच कराने की मांग की।
मंगलवार को मौके पर होगा निरीक्षण
मामले को लेकर मोदीनगर की नायब तहसीलदार प्रियंका ने बताया कि मंगलवार तक का समय दिया गया है। मंगलवार को संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ मौके पर पहुंचकर रास्ते और निर्माण की स्थिति का निरीक्षण किया जाएगा।
अधिकारी के अनुसार मौके पर स्थिति का जायजा लेने के बाद जांच में सामने आने वाले तथ्यों के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
फिलहाल प्रशासन की ओर से मौके के निरीक्षण के बाद ही यह स्पष्ट होगा कि रास्ते की वास्तविक स्थिति क्या है और निर्माण को लेकर लगाए गए आरोपों में क्या तथ्य सामने आते हैं।
Hanumanpuri Residents Allege Attempt to Block 50-Year-Old Road in Modinagar; Officials to Inspect Site on Tuesday
Modinagar: Several women from Hanumanpuri reached the Modinagar tehsil office on Saturday during Tehsil Diwas, alleging that an access route being used by local residents for around 50 years is being blocked. The women submitted their complaint to Naib Tehsildar Priyanka and alleged that a colonizer was attempting to close the old route and carry out construction there.
The women urged the administration to investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
Residents Claim Road Has Been Used for 50 Years
According to the women, the disputed route has been used by local residents for nearly five decades and serves as an important passage for people living in the Hanumanpuri area.
They said a railway line falls along the route and residents use the passage to move from one side to the other. The women claimed that if the route is closed, local residents could face significant difficulties in commuting.
Demand for Underpass Below Railway Line
The residents also said they have repeatedly submitted applications to railway authorities seeking construction of an underpass beneath the railway line.
According to them, no permanent solution has been reached so far. They said closing the existing route before an alternative arrangement is made could increase commuting difficulties for local residents.
Complaint Also Submitted to GDA
The women said they have also approached the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) regarding the alleged attempt to block the route and the construction work.
They had previously raised the issue during Tehsil Diwas as well. On Saturday, they once again approached the tehsil authorities and requested that the route be protected from being blocked and that the situation at the site be inspected.
Officials to Inspect the Site on Tuesday
Naib Tehsildar Priyanka said that time has been given until Tuesday and that she will visit the site along with the concerned officials.
The officials will inspect the condition of the route and the construction at the location. Further action will be taken based on the findings of the inspection and investigation.
The exact status of the route and the construction-related allegations will become clearer after the administration conducts its site inspection.
